INTRODUCTION:
When faced with challenges and situations that appear hopeless, it is easy to feel defeated. However, as believers, we serve a God who has the final say over every matter. He specialises in turning hopeless situations around, and His Word stands above all. This message is a call to hope, faith, and trust in God’s sovereignty and power.

1. GOD'S WORD IS FINAL

a) The Sovereign Authority of God
No one can question His decisions or override His plans (Lamentations 3:37).

b) His Word Never Fails
What He promises, He performs (Isaiah 55:11).

c) The Creator Has the Power to Restore
God created the world by His Word and can bring life out of death.

d) His Timing is Perfect
God's timing may differ from ours, but it is always best (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

Biblical Example: The dry bones in Ezekiel 37 seemed utterly hopeless, but when God spoke, they came to life.

2. JESUS CHANGES THE STORY

a) The Resurrection and the Life
Jesus' power can reverse death (John 11:25).

b) Delay is Not Denial
When He delayed visiting Lazarus, it was for greater glory (John 11:4).

c) Compassion for the Hopeless
Jesus’ compassion leads to miracles (Luke 7:13-15).

d) Divine Intervention Overrules Human Limitations
Even when it seems too late, Jesus steps in (Mark 5:35-36).

Biblical Example: Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead, proving it’s never over until He says so (John 11:43-44).

3. BELIEVE AND STAND FIRM

a) Faith Activates Miracles
Without faith, it’s impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).

b) Don’t Let Fear Overtake You
Fear paralyzes faith, but trust in God brings peace (Isaiah 41:10).

c) Confession of God’s Promises
Speak life into dead situations (Proverbs 18:21).

d) Overcome the Voices of Doubt
Ignore discouragement and focus on God’s power (2 Kings 7:1-2).

Biblical Example: The woman with the issue of blood believed and received her miracle (Mark 5:25-34).

CONCLUSION:
When the enemy declares it is over, God declares, “It is not over!” Trust in His Word and His power to bring you through every trial and to fulfil every promise in your life.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord, give me the faith to believe Your Word over my circumstances.

2. Father, step into my situation and declare Your final word of victory.

3. Every voice speaking failure into my life, be silenced in Jesus’ name.

4. Lord, let my story be a testimony of Your power.

5. Father, bring life to every dead area of my life.

6. I declare that it is not over until You say so.

7. Lord, let Your perfect will be done in my life.

8. Father, reverse every irreversible situation in my life.

9. Lord, let Your glory shine through my challenges.

10. Father, give me the grace to stand firm in faith.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
1. I declare that God has the final say in your life.

2. Every dead area in your life shall come to life.

3. The plans of the enemy over you shall fail.

4. You shall rise above every limitation in Jesus’ name.

5. The Lord will intervene in your situation and turn it around.

6. Your testimony will silence your enemies.

7. God’s timing will bring glory to your life.

8. You will walk in victory over every challenge.

9. The Lord will complete what He has started in you.

10. You shall experience divine turnaround and fulfilment.
