INTRODUCTION:
Dreams are divine revelations of God’s purpose for your life. They often serve as a compass, guiding you toward your destiny. However, the journey from vision to fulfilment is often fraught with challenges, delays, and opposition. Yet, the key to success lies in persistence, faith, and obedience to God. This message aims to encourage you not to give up on the dreams God has placed in your heart.

1. DREAMS COME FROM GOD

a) Divine Purpose:
Dreams are often a reflection of God’s plans and purposes for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).

b) A Source of Direction:
They provide clarity and direction, guiding you in your spiritual journey (Proverbs 16:9).

c) A Test of Faith:
God’s promises will challenge your faith and trust in Him.

d) A Catalyst for Action:
Dreams inspire action and perseverance, even in the face of difficulty (James 2:26).

Biblical Example: Joseph’s dreams revealed his future as a leader, even though they were initially mocked (Genesis 37:5-8).

2. OBSTACLES TO FULFILLING YOUR DREAM

a) Delays:
God’s timing may differ from yours, but His delays are not denials (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

b) Opposition:
Family, friends, and even strangers may doubt or oppose your dreams, as Joseph’s brothers did (Genesis 37:18-20).

c) Discouragement:
Unforeseen challenges can cause you to lose hope, but God’s Word is your anchor (Isaiah 41:10).

d) Spiritual Warfare:
The enemy will try to derail you through doubt and fear (Ephesians 6:12).

Biblical Example: David faced years of hardship and opposition before becoming king, as God had promised (1 Samuel 16:13; 2 Samuel 5:4).

3. HOW TO HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAM

a) Stay Connected to God:
Prayer, worship, and Bible study will keep you grounded in God’s promises (John 15:5).

b) Trust God’s Timing:
Wait patiently for His plans to unfold (Habakkuk 2:3).

c) Seek Divine Guidance:
Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and direction (James 1:5).

d) Stay Resilient:
Refuse to give up, no matter how tough the journey becomes (Galatians 6:9).

Biblical Example: Abraham waited 25 years for the fulfilment of God’s promise of a son (Genesis 21:1-2).

4. THE POWER OF FAITH AND DECLARATION

a) Faith Activates God’s Power:
Believe and speak God’s promises over your life (Mark 11:23-24).

b) Declarations Align You with God’s Will:
Speak life and success over your dreams (Proverbs 18:21).

c) Faith Removes Doubt:
Trust God even when circumstances seem bleak (Hebrews 11:6).

d) Faith Attracts Favour:
Your persistence will open doors of divine favour (Psalm 102:13).

Biblical Example: The Shunammite woman declared, “It is well,” even in her grief, and God restored her son (2 Kings 4:18-37).

5. GOD WILL FULFIL HIS PROMISES

a) God’s Word Will Not Fail:
His promises are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20).

b) Your Dream is Part of His Plan:
God is committed to seeing His plans for you come to pass (Philippians 1:6).

c) Your Journey is a Testimony:
God uses your process to encourage others (Romans 8:28).

d) Your Reward is Certain:
Faithfulness will lead to blessings and promotion (Isaiah 1:19).

Biblical Example: Joseph’s dream came to pass when he became second-in-command in Egypt (Genesis 41:41-44).

CONCLUSION:
Your dream is a seed planted by God, and it will bear fruit in due season if you do not give up. Remember, God is faithful, and He will fulfil His promises. Keep holding on, trusting Him, and working diligently towards the vision He has given you.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord, strengthen my faith to hold on to my dreams.

2. Every opposition to my dream, scatter by fire.

3. O God, align my steps with Your divine plan.

4. I declare that my dream will not die.

5. Lord, grant me the patience to wait for Your timing.

6. Holy Spirit, guide me on the path to my destiny.

7. Every delay to my dream, be destroyed in Jesus' name.

8. Lord, open doors of favour for the fulfilment of my dreams.

9. I receive the grace to overcome every challenge on my way.

10. Thank You, Lord, for the manifestation of my dreams.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
1. I declare that your dreams will not die but will come to fulfilment.

2. Every opposition to your destiny will bow to God’s power.

3. Divine favour will locate you and accelerate your progress.

4. Your season of waiting will end in celebration.

5. No weapon formed against your dreams shall prosper.

6. You will testify of God’s faithfulness concerning your vision.

7. The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth and purpose.

8. Your journey will inspire and encourage others.

9. God’s promises over your life will manifest speedily.

10. You will sing a new song as your dreams become reality.
