INTRODUCTION:
Closed heavens represent a state of spiritual drought, where divine blessings, guidance, and favour seem inaccessible. This condition often leads to stagnation, unfruitfulness, and frustration. To experience the fullness of God’s presence, believers must identify and deal with the causes of closed heavens.

1. RECOGNISING THE SIGNS OF CLOSED HEAVENS

a) Lack of Spiritual Breakthroughs:
Prayers feel unanswered, and spiritual growth is hindered (Isaiah 59:1-2).

b) Persistent Hardship and Struggles:
Efforts yield little or no results (Haggai 1:6).

c) Absence of God’s Presence:
A sense of dryness in spiritual matters (Psalm 63:1).

d) Divine Favour Withdrawn:
Loss of God’s blessings and favour in life’s endeavours (Deuteronomy 28:23).
