INTRODUCTION:
The glory of God is the manifested presence of His divine nature, power, and majesty. When the heavens are opened, God’s glory is revealed in ways that can transform lives, bringing about supernatural manifestations. In this message, we will explore how to experience the glory of open heavens and the life-changing effects of these divine encounters.

1. UNDERSTANDING THE GLORY OF OPEN HEAVENS

a) The Glory of God as His Manifest Presence:
God’s glory is the physical manifestation of His presence that causes a shift in the atmosphere (Exodus 33:18-23).

b) The Glory of Open Heavens Brings Transformation:
The glory of God has the power to change and mold believers into His image (2 Corinthians 3:18).

c) The Glory of God Reveals His Supernatural Power:
When the heavens are open, we see the supernatural power of God at work in the earth (John 1:14).

Obedience to God’s commands allows His glory to manifest in our lives (John 14:15-21).

d) Through the Power of the Holy Spirit:
The Holy Spirit is the agent through whom God’s glory is revealed in the believer’s life (Romans 8:11).

e) Biblical Example:
On the Mount of Transfiguration, Jesus was transfigured before His disciples, revealing the glory of God in a supernatural way (Matthew 17:1-2).

3. THE IMPACT OF THE GLORY OF OPEN HEAVENS

a) Healing and Deliverance:
The glory of God brings healing, restoration, and deliverance from every form of bondage (Luke 4:18-19).

b) Supernatural Provision and Miracles:
God’s glory releases miraculous provision and supernatural breakthroughs (Isaiah 60:5-9).

c) Increased Anointing and Empowerment:

To live under open heavens, expect and contend for the glory of God in every area of your life (Ephesians 3:20).

As we experience God’s glory, we are called to share it with others, reflecting His glory in the world (Matthew 5:14-16).

e) Biblical Example:
The apostles, filled with the Holy Spirit, performed signs, wonders, and miracles, demonstrating the glory of God on earth (Acts 5:12-16).

5. PRESERVING THE GLORY OF OPEN HEAVENS

a) Guarding Against Sin and Disobedience:
Sin can cause the glory of God to depart, so we must guard against disobedience (1 Samuel 4:21-22).

b) Protecting the Presence of God with Reverence:
Reverence for God’s presence is essential to preserving His glory (1 Chronicles 13:9-12).

c) Living in Constant Expectation of His Glory:
Always expect and prepare for encounters with God’s glory through faith, worship, and obedience (Psalm 63:1-3).

d) Giving Glory to God in Everything:
In everything we do, we must give glory to God, acknowledging His role in every aspect of our lives (1 Corinthians 10:31).

e) Biblical Example:
The glory of God dwelled with the Israelites in the tabernacle, and as long as they obeyed, His presence remained with them (Exodus 40:34-38).
