INTRODUCTION:
In life, challenges and problems are inevitable, but God assures us that every problem has an expiry date. This sermon will explore the assurance of God's deliverance, the temporary nature of our struggles, and the hope we have in Christ that every problem we face is not permanent.

1. RECOGNIZING THE TEMPORARY NATURE OF PROBLEMS

a) Understanding Life's Challenges
Problems are a natural part of life, but they are not meant to last forever (Ecclesiastes 3:1).

b) Biblical Assurance of Change
Psalm 30:5 states that weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning, highlighting that troubles are temporary.

c) Seasons of Trials
Just as seasons change, so do our problems; they have an appointed time (2 Corinthians 4:17-18).

d) The Reality of God's Faithfulness
God is faithful and will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Biblical Example:
The Israelites wandered in the wilderness for 40 years, but God brought them into the Promised Land, demonstrating that their suffering was not permanent (Deuteronomy 8:2).

2. GOD’S PROMISE OF DELIVERANCE

a) God's Power to Rescue
God is able to deliver us from any problem we face; His power is unmatched (Isaiah 59:1).

b) The Assurance of Help
Psalm 46:1 declares that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

c) His Plans for Us
God has good plans for us, plans to prosper and not to harm us (Jeremiah 29:11).

d) Recognizing the End of Our Problems
The story of Joseph shows how God turned his imprisonment into promotion, signifying that our problems can lead to greater things (Genesis 50:20).

Biblical Example:
The woman with the issue of blood had a problem for twelve years, but her faith in Jesus led to her healing (Mark 5:25-34).

3. FAITH IN THE MIDST OF TRIALS

a) Holding on to Hope
Romans 8:18 reminds us that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

b) Prayer as Our Weapon
Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us to present our requests to God, assuring us of His peace during trials.

c) Speaking to Our Problems
Jesus taught us to speak to mountains, indicating that our words have power (Mark 11:23).

d) Finding Strength in Weakness
In our weaknesses, God’s strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Biblical Example:
Daniel’s faith in the lion's den brought about miraculous deliverance (Daniel 6:22).

4. WAITING ON THE LORD

a) The Importance of Patience
Isaiah 40:29-31 teaches that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength, emphasizing patience during trials.

b) Trusting God’s Timing
God’s timing is perfect; He will act when the time is right (Habakkuk 2:3).

c) Enduring Trials with Faith
James 1:2-4 encourages us to count it all joy when facing trials, as they produce perseverance.

d) The Promise of Restoration
God promises to restore what was lost during our afflictions (Joel 2:25).

Biblical Example:
Abraham waited for years for the promised son, Isaac, demonstrating faith and trust in God’s timing (Genesis 21:1-2).

5. CELEBRATING THE VICTORY

a) Acknowledging God’s Goodness
When problems are resolved, we must give glory to God for His faithfulness (Psalm 107:1).

b) Testifying of His Greatness
Sharing our testimonies strengthens our faith and encourages others (Revelation 12:11).

c) Living in Anticipation
We should expect God's goodness and celebrate each victory as it comes (Psalm 126:3).

d) Engaging in Worship
Worshiping God even in the midst of trials brings His presence and peace (Psalm 22:3).

Biblical Example:
The lepers who were healed by Jesus returned to give thanks, emphasizing the importance of gratitude (Luke 17:15-16).

CONCLUSION:
