INTRODUCTION:
Wealth creation is a topic that evokes diverse opinions and approaches. However, the Bible provides clear principles that guide believers on how to create wealth in a manner that honours God. Understanding these principles helps us align our financial pursuits with God's will, ensuring that our wealth serves His kingdom and meets our needs. This study will explore key biblical principles that can lead to successful wealth creation.

1. UNDERSTAND THAT GOD IS THE SOURCE OF ALL WEALTH

a) God’s Sovereignty Over Creation
Deuteronomy 8:18 – Recognising that God is the ultimate source of wealth empowers us to seek Him for guidance and provision.

b) Gratitude for His Provision
1 Chronicles 29:14 – Acknowledging God’s role in our financial success encourages a heart of gratitude and humility.

c) Stewardship Over Ownership
Psalm 24:1 – Understanding that everything belongs to God shifts our perspective from ownership to stewardship, prompting us to manage resources wisely.

d) Faith in God’s Provision
Philippians 4:19 – Trusting that God will provide for our needs allows us to pursue wealth creation without fear or anxiety.

Biblical Example:
The Israelites were reminded of God’s provision as they entered the Promised Land, highlighting the importance of recognising Him as the source of wealth.

2. WORK DILIGENTLY AND HONESTLY

a) The Value of Hard Work
Proverbs 10:4 – Diligent hands bring wealth, emphasising the need for effort and commitment in our pursuits.

b) Integrity in Business
Proverbs 11:1 – Honest dealings and ethical practices attract God’s favour and blessing.

c) Perseverance in Challenges
Galatians 6:9 – Remaining steadfast in our efforts, even in difficulties, leads to fruitful results in due time.

d) Skill Development
Proverbs 22:29 – Developing skills and competencies in our areas of work enhances our value and potential for wealth creation.

Joseph's diligence in managing Potiphar's house led to his promotion and prosperity (Genesis 39:2-6), demonstrating that hard work yields rewards.

3. INVEST IN KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM
