INTRODUCTION:
The book of Ecclesiastes presents a unique perspective on life and its many complexities. In Ecclesiastes 10:19, we find the statement that "money answers all things." This phrase highlights the significant role that money plays in our lives. While it is not the ultimate answer to every problem, money can provide solutions to many practical challenges we face. In this sermon, we will explore the purpose of money, its influence, and how to handle it wisely according to biblical principles.
1. THE ROLE OF MONEY IN OUR LIVES
a) Money as a Means of Exchange
Money facilitates transactions and enables trade. (Proverbs 10:15)
b) Money Provides Security and Stability
Financial resources offer a sense of security in uncertain times. (Ecclesiastes 7:12)
c) Money Enables Opportunities
It opens doors to education, employment, and investments. (Proverbs 21:5)
