INTRODUCTION:
Divine accomplishment refers to the fulfilment of God’s promises and purposes in our lives through His power and grace. When God begins a work, He ensures its completion because He is a faithful and sovereign God. From the creation of the world to the resurrection of Christ, God’s ability to accomplish His plans is undeniable. This message explores how we can experience and trust in divine accomplishment in every area of our lives.

1. THE NATURE OF DIVINE ACCOMPLISHMENT

a) It is Rooted in God’s Faithfulness:
God is always faithful to complete what He begins (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

b) It Aligns with God’s Purpose:
Every divine accomplishment serves God’s overarching plan (Romans 8:28).

c) It Brings Fulfilment of Promises:
God’s Word never returns void; it accomplishes His intent (Isaiah 55:11).

d) It Manifests in God’s Timing:
God accomplishes His work at the perfect time (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

e) Biblical Example:
God fulfilled His promise to Abraham by giving him Isaac at the appointed time (Genesis 21:1-2).

2. KEYS TO EXPERIENCING DIVINE ACCOMPLISHMENT

a) Trust in God’s Promises:
Believe that God will do what He has said (Numbers 23:19).

b) Walk in Obedience:
Obedience to God’s instructions ensures His plans are fulfilled (Deuteronomy 28:1).

c) Depend on God’s Power:
Rely on His strength, not your own (Zechariah 4:6).

d) Persevere in Faith:
Hold on to faith even when the journey is long (Hebrews 10:23).

e) Biblical Example:
Nehemiah relied on God and persevered to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem (Nehemiah 6:15-16).

3. OBSTACLES TO DIVINE ACCOMPLISHMENT

a) Lack of Faith:
Doubt can hinder the fulfilment of God’s work (Matthew 13:58).

b) Disobedience:
Failure to obey God’s Word delays His plans (Jonah 1:1-4).

c) Impatience:
Rushing ahead of God’s timing can lead to mistakes (Genesis 16:1-4).

d) Fear of Challenges:
Fear can paralyse us from pursuing God’s purpose (2 Timothy 1:7).

e) Biblical Example:
The Israelites’ lack of faith delayed their entrance into the Promised Land (Numbers 14:1-4).

4. THE RESULTS OF DIVINE ACCOMPLISHMENT

a) Fulfilment of God’s Promises:
God’s Word comes to pass without fail (1 Kings 8:56).

b) Glory to God:
Divine accomplishments testify to God’s greatness (Psalm 115:1).

c) Testimony to Others:
Your life becomes a witness of God’s faithfulness (Psalm 126:1-3).

d) Joy and Fulfilment:
God’s work brings peace and satisfaction (Philippians 4:7).

e) Biblical Example:
The building of Solomon’s temple was a remarkable accomplishment that glorified God (2 Chronicles 7:11).

5. STEPS TO ALIGN WITH DIVINE ACCOMPLISHMENT

a) Surrender Your Plans to God:
Commit your ways to Him, and He will establish them (Proverbs 16:3).

b) Be Prayerful:
Seek God’s guidance and strength in all you do (Jeremiah 33:3).

c) Be Patient:
Wait on the Lord and trust His perfect timing (Isaiah 40:31).

d) Stay Focused on the Vision:
Do not be distracted from God’s purpose (Habakkuk 2:2-3).

e) Biblical Example:
Paul’s focus on God’s mission led to the establishment of many churches (2 Timothy 4:7-8).
