EVERLASTING SOLUTION

INTRODUCTION:
There are problems in life that men call long-standing problems. These are challenges that remain for years, resisting all human efforts and appearing impossible to overcome. Many lives have been shaped by such situations, and some people even resign themselves to fate, believing that their condition will never change.

However, there is One who existed before every problem began. He is older than the oldest and stronger than the strongest. He is the Everlasting Solution—Jesus Christ. He was before all things, and in Him all things consist (Colossians 1:17). No matter how long a problem has lasted, it cannot outlast the power of the One who is everlasting.

The story of the lame man at the Beautiful Gate in Acts 3:1-11 perfectly demonstrates this truth. A man who had been crippled from birth encountered the Everlasting Solution through Peter and John, and immediately his story changed. The same Jesus who healed him is still alive today, and He is ready to bring an end to every long-standing problem in your life.

1. JESUS IS OLDER THAN THE OLDEST PROBLEM

a) God exists before all problems – Genesis 1:1 reminds us that God was present before creation.

b) He is the Ancient of Days – Daniel 7:9 reveals Him as the eternal God.

c) No problem is beyond His power – Luke 1:37 assures that with God nothing shall be impossible.

d) He specialises in solving hopeless cases – What men call impossible, He turns into testimony.

Biblical Example: The lame man at the Beautiful Gate (Acts 3:1-11) was healed after a lifetime of hopelessness.

2. JESUS HAS POWER OVER LONG-STANDING AFFLICTIONS

a) He sets the captives free – Isaiah 61:1.

b) No affliction is too deep for His intervention – Psalm 34:19.

c) His name carries authority over sickness and bondage – Philippians 2:9-10.

d) He delivers suddenly and completely – A moment of encounter changes a lifetime of pain.

Biblical Example: The madman of Gadara (Mark 5:2-19) was delivered instantly from years of torment.

3. JESUS BRINGS AN END TO DELAY AND DISAPPOINTMENT

Delay can be very frustrating, and prolonged disappointment can make one lose hope. Many people experience years of waiting with no result, and their hearts grow weary. But when Jesus, the Everlasting Solution, steps into the matter, every delay turns into divine acceleration. He is the one who declares, “Behold, I will do a new thing” (Isaiah 43:19).

The man at the Pool of Bethesda had waited for thirty-eight years with no result (John 5:1-9). Each year, he was left behind, but when Jesus appeared, delay gave way to destiny fulfilment. Your season of waiting may have lasted long, but just one word from Christ can end years of stagnation and open a new chapter of divine fulfilment.

a) Delay is not denial when Christ steps in – Habakkuk 2:3.

b) He gives new beginnings after years of stagnation – Isaiah 43:19.

c) He changes stories that people have given up on – Psalm 126:1-2.

d) He turns repeated failure into sudden success – His presence brings turnaround.

Biblical Example: The man at Bethesda (John 5:1-9) was healed after thirty-eight years of delay.

4. JESUS IS THE EVERLASTING SOLUTION

a) Earthly solutions fail, but Christ never fails – Hebrews 13:8.

b) Human help has limits, but divine help is limitless – Psalm 121:1-2.

c) He is the same yesterday, today, and forever – Unchanging in His power.

d) Only total surrender to Him brings permanent victory – Lasting solution is in Christ alone.

Biblical Example: Blind Bartimaeus (Mark 10:46-52) received permanent sight when Jesus stepped in.

5. JESUS IS AVAILABLE TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM TODAY

a) He is near to those who call on Him in truth – Psalm 145:18.

b) He is willing to intervene once you surrender to Him – Matthew 11:28.

c) Your long-standing battles will end at His command – Exodus 14:13-14.

d) All you need is faith in His name – Mark 9:23.

Biblical Example: The woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25-34) was healed after 12 years of suffering.

CONCLUSION:
Jesus Christ is the Everlasting Solution to every long-standing problem. No matter how old your condition may be, He is older than the problem and greater than its power. He has done it before, and He can do it again.

Beloved, surrender your life completely to Him and trust in His power. Just as He healed the lame man, delivered the madman of Gadara, and restored the sick at Bethesda, He will also put an end to your challenges today.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord Jesus, thank You for being the Everlasting Solution.
2. Father, arise and terminate every long-standing problem in my life.
3. Lord, let every inherited affliction bow to Your power.
4. Jesus, visit my family with divine solutions.
5. Father, put an end to every delay in my destiny.
6. Lord, silence every voice of impossibility in my life.
7. By Your power, let every yoke of stagnation be broken.
8. Lord Jesus, heal me of every sickness known and unknown.
9. Father, rewrite my story and make me a testimony of Your solution.
10. Lord, let my life continually reflect Your everlasting power.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
1. Every long-standing problem in your life is ending today in Jesus’ name!
2. You shall experience the power of the Everlasting Solution!
3. What has delayed your breakthrough shall manifest speedily!
4. Your story is changing into a testimony of divine intervention!
5. Every inherited affliction in your family line is broken forever!
6. You will rise, walk, and leap into your destiny by the power of Jesus!
7. Those who once pitied you shall marvel at your testimony!
8. The Everlasting Solution shall visit your home with peace and joy!
9. From today, your life shall no longer be identified with failure!
10. You shall walk in continuous victory through Christ Jesus!
