INTRODUCTION:
Throughout Scripture, we see numerous instances of God providing supernatural advantages to His people. Whether through divine protection, angelic intervention, miraculous provision, or wisdom, God’s favour demonstrates His power to give His people an advantage in every circumstance. This study examines these examples, inspiring us to trust in God's provision and guidance for our lives.

1. DIVINE PROTECTION

a) Daniel in the Lions’ Den
God shut the mouths of lions to protect Daniel (Daniel 6:19-24).

b) Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the Fiery Furnace
God preserved them from the flames (Daniel 3:19-27).

c) David's Protection from Saul
God safeguarded David from Saul’s attempts to kill him (1 Samuel 18:10-11, 19:18).

d) The Israelites in Egypt
God protected the Israelites from plagues sent upon Egypt (Exodus 8-11).

Biblical Example: Job – God placed a hedge of protection around him (Job 1:10).

2. ANGELIC INTERVENTION

a) Angels Rescuing Lot from Sodom
God sent angels to lead Lot and his family out (Genesis 19:1-22).

b) Angelic Deliverance of Peter from Prison
An angel released Peter from chains and guided him out of prison (Acts 12:6-11).

c) Angels Ministering to Jesus in the Wilderness
Angels came to strengthen Jesus after His temptation (Matthew 4:11).

d) Angel Appearing to Gideon
An angel appeared, commissioning him to save Israel (Judges 6:11-24).

Biblical Example: Elijah – An angel provided food for Elijah in the wilderness (1 Kings 19:5-8).

3. HEALING AND RESTORATION

a) Jesus Healing the Sick
Jesus healed the blind, lame, and sick, demonstrating God’s power (Matthew 9:1-8, Mark 2:1-12).

b) Peter Healing the Lame Man at the Beautiful Gate
Through Peter, God restored a lame man’s ability to walk (Acts 3:1-10).

c) Elijah Restoring the Widow’s Son to Life
Elijah prayed, and the widow’s son was revived (1 Kings 17:17-24).

d) Jesus Raising Lazarus from the Dead
Jesus called Lazarus back to life, showcasing divine authority (John 11:38-44).

Biblical Example: Naaman – Naaman was healed of leprosy through Elisha’s guidance (2 Kings 5:1-14).

4. SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH

a) Samson's Strength from God
God empowered Samson with supernatural strength (Judges 13:24-25, 14:5-6).

b) David’s Victory over Goliath
Through God’s strength, David defeated Goliath (1 Samuel 17:40-51).

c) Moses' Strength to Lead Israel
Moses continued in strength and leadership until the end of his life (Deuteronomy 34:7).

d) Elijah Running before Ahab's Chariot
God enabled Elijah to outrun the king’s chariot (1 Kings 18:45-46).

Biblical Example: Paul – God strengthened Paul through trials (2 Corinthians 12:9-10).

5. DIVINE GUIDANCE

a) God Leading Israel through the Wilderness
God guided Israel with a pillar of cloud by day and fire by night (Exodus 13:21-22).

b) Abraham’s Guidance to Canaan
God directed Abraham to the promised land (Genesis 12:1-9).

c) Paul’s Vision to Preach in Macedonia
God instructed Paul to go to Macedonia in a vision (Acts 16:6-10).

d) Joseph’s Guidance to Egypt
God led Joseph to a place of purpose and influence (Genesis 37, 39-41).

Biblical Example: Moses – God instructed Moses throughout the Exodus journey (Exodus 3-40).

6. FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH

a) Isaac’s Prosperity during Famine
God blessed Isaac, leading to prosperity even in famine (Genesis 26:1-14).

b) Joseph’s Wealth in Egypt
Joseph rose to manage Egypt’s resources and became wealthy (Genesis 39:1-6, 41:37-57).

c) Solomon's Wealth and Wisdom
God granted Solomon unparalleled wealth and wisdom (1 Kings 3:10-15, 10:14-29).

d) Job’s Restoration
God restored Job’s fortunes abundantly (Job 42:10-17).

Biblical Example: The Widow of Zarephath – God provided for her through Elijah (1 Kings 17:8-16).

7. WISDOM AND DISCERNMENT

a) Solomon’s Wisdom
God gave Solomon wisdom, making him renowned (1 Kings 3:10-15, 4:29-34).

b) Daniel’s Interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s Dreams
Daniel’s wisdom was evident in interpreting the king’s dreams (Daniel 2:1-49).

c) Joseph’s Interpretation of Pharaoh’s Dreams
God enabled Joseph to interpret dreams that saved Egypt (Genesis 41:1-40).

d) Esther’s Discernment in Saving Her People
Esther used wisdom to protect the Jewish people (Esther 4-7).

Biblical Example: Joshua – God gave him wisdom to lead Israel (Joshua 1:1-9).

8. MIRACULOUS PROVISION

a) Manna in the Wilderness
God provided manna daily to sustain Israel (Exodus 16:4-36).

b) Water from the Rock
God miraculously provided water for Israel (Exodus 17:1-7).

c) Jesus Feeding the 5,000
Jesus multiplied loaves and fish to feed a multitude (Matthew 14:13-21).

d) Elijah’s Provision at the Brook Cherith
God sent ravens to feed Elijah (1 Kings 17:2-6).

Biblical Example: The Feeding of the 4,000 – Jesus again provided miraculously (Mark 8:1-9).

CONCLUSION:
The Bible provides countless examples of God’s supernatural advantage given to His people. From divine protection and miraculous provision to wisdom and financial breakthrough, these stories remind us of God’s unchanging power and love. We are encouraged to trust in His ability to help us through every challenge and experience His supernatural blessings as we walk in obedience and faith.

8. Father, provide for me supernaturally according to Your riches in glory.

9. Lord, help me to rely on Your supernatural advantage in every challenge.

10. Father, fill me with unwavering faith in Your power and provision.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
1. I declare supernatural protection over your life and family.

2. May divine helpers locate you in times of need.

3. I declare complete healing and restoration upon you in Jesus’ name.

4. May God strengthen you beyond your natural ability.

5. I decree divine guidance in all your decisions and steps.

6. May financial breakthroughs manifest in your life.

7. I declare that you will walk in wisdom and discernment from God.

8. May miraculous provision come to you in unexpected ways.

9. I declare that God’s supernatural advantage will work in your favour.

10. May you experience the fullness of God’s blessings in your life.
