INTRODUCTION:
In this third part of the series, we will explore the practical application of maintaining your breakthrough and walking in continuous victory. It is one thing to enter a season of supernatural breakthrough, but it’s crucial to sustain and maximize the blessing. Today, we will discuss how to guard your breakthrough, how to handle setbacks, and how to keep moving forward in faith.
1. MAINTAINING YOUR BREAKTHROUGH THROUGH OBEDIENCE
a) Obedience as the Gateway to Long-Term Breakthrough (Deuteronomy 28:1-2)
Obedience unlocks God’s continuous blessing in your life. It’s important to follow God’s instructions to maintain what He has given you.
b) Walking in God’s Will Keeps Breakthroughs Flowing (Romans 12:2)
Be transformed by the renewing of your mind and align with God’s will. This ensures that you continue to experience breakthroughs.
c) Obedience in Small Things Prepares You for Greater Blessings (Luke 16:10)
Being faithful with little things qualifies you for greater things, keeping the doors to breakthrough wide open.
d) Blessings Follow Obedient Hearts (Deuteronomy 28:11-12)
When you obey God, blessings will follow you everywhere you go.
e) Biblical Example: Abraham’s Obedience (Genesis 12:1-4)
Abraham obeyed God’s command to leave his country and was blessed abundantly.
2. KEEPING YOUR FAITH ALIVE DURING THE WAITING PERIOD
a) Waiting with Expectation (Isaiah 40:31)
As you wait for the full manifestation of your breakthrough, keep your hope and expectation alive in God.
b) Endurance Strengthens Your Faith (Romans 5:3-4)
Trials are a part of the process, but enduring through them builds character and hope, bringing you closer to your breakthrough.
c) Trusting God’s Timing (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
God makes everything beautiful in His time, so trust in His perfect timing for your breakthrough.
d) Continuous Prayer Keeps Faith Alive (Luke 18:1)
Keep praying, even when it seems like there is no immediate result, for God is working behind the scenes.
e) Biblical Example: Joseph’s Waiting (Genesis 41:46-48)
Joseph endured years of waiting before he was elevated to the second-highest position in Egypt.
3. HANDLING OPPOSITION DURING BREAKTHROUGH
a) Recognizing Spiritual Attacks During Breakthrough (1 Peter 5:8-9)
When you step into your breakthrough, the enemy may try to oppose you. Recognize and prepare for these attacks.
b) Responding with Faith and Prayer (Matthew 17:21)
Use prayer and fasting as weapons to overcome opposition, knowing that greater power is available when you press in.
c) Guarding Your Heart Against Discouragement (Proverbs 4:23)
Keep your heart with all diligence to prevent the enemy’s discouragement from stealing your joy.
d) Keep Pushing Forward in the Face of Opposition (Philippians 3:14)
When opposition rises, continue pressing toward the goal of your breakthrough.
e) Biblical Example: Nehemiah Overcoming Opposition (Nehemiah 4:1-9)
Nehemiah faced mockery and threats while rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, but he persevered through prayer and action.
4. LIVING A LIFE OF GRATITUDE AFTER BREAKTHROUGH
a) Thanksgiving Releases More Blessings (Psalm 67:5-7)
A heart of gratitude attracts more of God’s favor and blessings into your life.
b) Praising God Opens New Doors (Psalm 100:4)
Enter His gates with thanksgiving; His presence and favor are accessed through praise.
c) Gratitude Prevents Spiritual Arrogance (Luke 17:11-19)
The grateful heart will avoid becoming complacent or arrogant after a breakthrough, as seen in the ten lepers.
d) A Thankful Heart Reconnects You to the Source of Your Blessing (James 1:17)
All good things come from God. Be thankful for His continuous goodness.
e) Biblical Example: David’s Thanksgiving (2 Samuel 6:12-15)
David danced and praised God when the ark of the covenant was brought to Jerusalem, showing his gratefulness for the breakthrough.
5. CONTINUING IN THE BLESSING BY WALKING IN INTEGRITY
a) Living a Life of Honesty and Truth (Proverbs 12:22)
To maintain your breakthrough, ensure that your lifestyle is one of honesty, integrity, and uprightness.
b) Integrity Opens Doors to New Levels of Blessing (Proverbs 4:25-27)
When you live with integrity, your steps are ordered by the Lord, and He leads you into greater breakthroughs.
c) Avoiding the Trap of Compromise (James 1:12-15)
Guard against the temptation to compromise after experiencing breakthrough; integrity must be your constant companion.
d) Walking in Wisdom Ensures Long-Term Success (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding; walking in wisdom will establish your breakthrough for the long term.
e) Biblical Example: Daniel’s Integrity (Daniel 6:4-5)
Despite the king’s decree, Daniel maintained his integrity, and God continued to bless him, leading to supernatural breakthroughs.
CONCLUSION:
Maintaining your breakthrough is just as important as entering into it. By walking in obedience, keeping your faith alive, handling opposition, living in gratitude, and walking in integrity, you ensure that your breakthrough will continue to manifest in your life. God has more in store for you, but it requires your continued cooperation.

2. Lord, help me to remain obedient to Your will to maintain my breakthrough.
3. I refuse to be discouraged by opposition; I press forward in faith.
4. I declare that no weapon formed against my breakthrough shall prosper.
5. Lord, help me to recognize and handle spiritual attacks that come with breakthroughs.
6. I thank You, Lord, for the breakthroughs I’ve received and the ones that are on the way.
7. Father, give me a heart of continuous gratitude, that I may never take Your blessings for granted.
8. I receive grace to walk in integrity and truth as I enjoy my breakthrough.
9. Every power trying to steal my breakthrough, I command you to be destroyed in Jesus’ name.
10. Lord, let my breakthrough bring glory to Your name and be a testimony to others.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
1. Your breakthrough is sealed and irreversible in the name of Jesus.
2. Every opposition standing against your breakthrough is being crushed under the power of God.
3. God is causing your faith to remain strong even in the waiting period.
4. Your breakthrough will continue to unfold and bring glory to God.
5. You will not be stagnant; your breakthrough will elevate you to new heights.
6. Every area of your life will testify of God’s goodness and supernatural provision.
7. Your breakthroughs will be unstoppable and continue to overflow.
8. You will walk in integrity and continue to be blessed by God.
9. Every seed of gratitude you sow today will bring a harvest of blessings.
10. You will live in the continuous flow of supernatural breakthroughs in every area of your life.
