INTRODUCTION:
In this final part of our series on overcoming spiritual dryness, we will focus on how to live in sustained spiritual revival. Many believers experience moments of refreshing but fail to maintain them. God desires that we move from temporary revival to lasting spiritual overflow. We will explore practical ways to remain consistently filled with His presence.

1. DEVELOPING A LIFESTYLE OF INTIMACY WITH GOD
Spiritual dryness is often a result of distance from God. Cultivating daily intimacy is key to staying refreshed.

a) Making daily fellowship with God a priority (Psalm 91:1)
Dwelling in God’s presence keeps us spiritually alive.

b) Maintaining a consistent prayer life (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
A life of continuous prayer keeps the fire burning.

b) Surrounding yourself with spiritually vibrant believers (Proverbs 27:17)

3. DEALING WITH SPIRITUAL ATTACKS THAT LEAD TO DRYNESS
The enemy seeks to drain believers spiritually. We must be vigilant against his strategies.

The devil targets believers to bring dryness; we must resist him.

As we continue our study on overcoming spiritual dryness, it is important to recognise that staying spiritually fresh requires a lifestyle of continuous spiritual renewal. Many believers experience revival but struggle to maintain it. In this fourth part, we will focus on how to experience a fresh outpouring of God’s Spirit and ensure we never fall back into dryness.

1. SEEKING A CONTINUAL INFILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the source of spiritual life and power. To overcome dryness, we must continually seek fresh infilling.

a) Thirsting for more of God (Psalm 42:1-2)
A deep hunger for God keeps us spiritually fresh.

b) Asking for fresh empowerment (Luke 11:13)
God is willing to fill those who ask for His Spirit.
