INTRODUCTION:
The phrase "Far Above All" is a declaration of Christ’s absolute supremacy and unrivalled authority in heaven and on earth. It paints a picture of divine elevation that no power, authority, or force can contend with. Jesus was not just raised from the dead — He was enthroned, exalted, and placed far above every other power, visible and invisible.

In a world full of challenges, fears, and opposition, believers must remember that their Lord and Saviour reigns supreme. He is far above all political, spiritual, financial, and demonic powers. The victory of Christ is complete and eternal.

This exaltation is not for Jesus alone — as believers, we are seated with Him in heavenly places. Our spiritual identity and authority are drawn from His elevated position. Knowing this empowers us to live in dominion, boldness, and victory every day.

1. JESUS IS FAR ABOVE EVERY POWER
Christ’s resurrection and ascension put Him in a position that no force of hell can reach or rival.

a) His name is exalted above every name
(Philippians 2:9) – God gave Him a name above every other name. No power can withstand the authority in the name of Jesus.

b) All things are under His feet
(Ephesians 1:22) – Everything that exists — spiritual or physical — is subject to His Lordship.

c) He is the head of all principalities and powers
(Colossians 2:10) – He reigns supremely over every dominion, including satanic realms.

d) He holds the key of David
(Revelation 3:7) – He opens doors no man can shut and shuts doors no man can open.

Biblical Example: Jesus casts out the Legion from the demoniac of Gadara, showing His authority over thousands of demons (Mark 5:1-13).

2. BELIEVERS SHARE IN HIS EXALTATION
The exaltation of Jesus has direct implications for us who are in Him.

a) We are seated with Christ in heavenly places
(Ephesians 2:6) – Spiritually, we operate from a place of victory and authority.

b) We are heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ
(Romans 8:17) – What belongs to Christ belongs to us by covenant.

c) We have power over all the power of the enemy
(Luke 10:19) – The authority of Christ has been extended to His church.

d) We are more than conquerors
(Romans 8:37) – Victory is not just a possibility; it’s our reality in Christ.

Biblical Example: Peter heals the lame man at the temple gate by invoking the authority in Jesus’ name (Acts 3:1-8).

3. HIS SUPREMACY SHOULD INSPIRE OUR FAITH
Knowing that Jesus is far above all should eliminate fear and build unshakable confidence.

a) His word cannot fail
(Isaiah 55:11) – What He says will surely come to pass because He has the highest authority.

b) No battle is too big for Him
(2 Chronicles 20:15) – When we fight under His banner, victory is assured.

c) He makes all things work together for good
(Romans 8:28) – His elevated wisdom ensures divine orchestration of our lives.

d) We must lift our eyes above the storms
(Isaiah 26:3) – Trusting in His supremacy brings peace in turbulent times.

Biblical Example: Jesus calms the storm, revealing that even nature is subject to Him (Mark 4:35-41).

CONCLUSION:
Jesus is not just above all — He is far above all. This truth should be our anchor and confidence as believers. No matter the opposition, the believer’s victory is certain because our Lord reigns supreme.

When we recognise our position in Christ and walk in that understanding, we live above fear, defeat, and darkness. We are not victims — we are victors because our King is far above all!
