INTRODUCTION
Every new year comes with opportunities, assignments, and possibilities. Yet, the full manifestation of God’s blessings depends on your alignment with His agenda. When your priorities coincide with God’s purposes, your efforts yield supernatural results, and your steps are divinely directed.

Matthew 6:33 makes it clear that God’s agenda is central: seeking His kingdom and righteousness ensures that every other area of life is added in alignment with His will. Misalignment leads to wasted effort, missed opportunities, and delayed breakthroughs.

This message will guide you to understand God’s plan, prioritise His kingdom, and synchronise your actions and decisions with His divine agenda for the new year.

1. SEEK GOD’S KINGDOM FIRST
The foundation of alignment is prioritising God over personal ambition.

a) ACKNOWLEDGE GOD IN EVERY DECISION – Trust ensures divine guidance (Proverbs 3:5-6). Dependence prevents missteps.

b) RELY ON HIS WISDOM, NOT YOUR OWN – Human understanding is limited (Isaiah 55:8-9). God’s plan surpasses all comprehension.

c) FOLLOW DIVINE LEADING IN ACTIONS – God reveals timing and strategy (Psalm 37:23). Obedience ensures success.

d) KEEP YOUR HEART PURE AND FOCUSED – Distractions prevent alignment (Philippians 4:8). Purity of heart opens divine favor.

Biblical Example: Moses followed God’s direction despite challenges, which led to the deliverance of Israel (Exodus 3–14).

3. MAKE KINGDOM GOALS YOUR PRIORITY
Setting goals in alignment with God ensures your labor yields fruit.

a) DEFINE SPIRITUAL AND PERSONAL OBJECTIVES – Goals focused on God’s agenda are fruitful (Matthew 6:33). Intentional planning maximizes outcomes.

b) CONSISTENTLY PURSUE GODLY TARGETS – Persistence brings manifestation (Galatians 6:9). Steadfastness ensures breakthrough.

c) ALIGN ACTIONS WITH SCRIPTURE – Obedience guarantees results (Psalm 119:105). Scripture shapes decisions.

d) REVIEW AND PRAY OVER YOUR GOALS REGULARLY – Divine alignment requires ongoing communication (Philippians 4:6-7). Prayer sustains direction.

Biblical Example: Nehemiah planned and prayed before rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls, ensuring successful completion despite opposition (Nehemiah 2:4-20).

4. EXPECT DIVINE ADDITION
God promises to add to your efforts when you align with His agenda.

a) RECEIVE SUPERNATURAL FAVOR – Alignment brings blessings beyond effort (Psalm 84:11). Favor ensures smooth progress.

b) TRUST GOD TO MULTIPLY RESOURCES – Divine addition is guaranteed (Deuteronomy 8:18). Provision follows alignment.

c) EXPERIENCE SPIRITUAL AND MATERIAL BREAKTHROUGHS – God rewards obedience and focus (Isaiah 45:3). Breakthrough confirms alignment.

d) GLORIFY GOD FOR EVERY OUTCOME – Recognition strengthens continued favor (Psalm 115:1). Praise sustains multiplication.

Biblical Example: Solomon aligned his plans with God, and his wisdom, wealth, and influence exceeded expectations (1 Kings 3:10-14).

CONCLUSION
