By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: 1 Kings 18:46
"And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel."

INTRODUCTION:
In the natural world, speed is often determined by human or mechanical limitations. A horse, for example, is known for its speed and ability to cover vast distances in a short time. However, the Bible reveals that with divine intervention, natural limitations can be surpassed. In 1 Kings 18:46, we see Elijah, a prophet, outrun Ahab's horses—something that is physically impossible for any human to achieve. This miraculous feat is a clear demonstration of divine speed, which allows us to break through the natural constraints of time and space.

Divine speed is not just about fast movement, but it’s a supernatural empowerment that enables believers to accomplish more in less time, achieve results beyond their natural abilities, and experience rapid progress. When the hand of the Lord comes upon a person, they are capable of accomplishing what would otherwise take years, in a much shorter time. This sermon will delve into the power of divine speed and how it can propel you into supernatural success.

For many of us, there are areas in life where we feel delayed—be it in our careers, ministry, or personal endeavors. Divine speed enables us to experience acceleration in places where we have previously faced stagnation. It is God’s supernatural hand at work, propelling us toward our destiny at an unstoppable pace. Let us explore how divine speed can change the course of our lives and bring us into a season of unprecedented progress.

"I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. INTRODUCTION:
In life, many of us have encountered situations where time seems to slip away, whether due to delays, missed opportunities, or circumstances that hinder progress. These moments of frustration and despair often lead us to wonder if all is lost or if we will ever catch up with our purpose. However, the God we serve is not bound by time. He has the power to compress time and make up for the years that may have been lost, bringing restoration in a way that only He can. When God compresses time, He accelerates His plan for our lives, shortening the wait and bringing us to the fullness of our destiny faster than we could imagine.

In Joel 2:25-26, God promises to restore what has been lost, and not just in terms of material possessions but also in the spiritual, emotional, and relational areas of our lives. He is a God of restoration, and when He decides to compress time, He makes things happen quickly, bringing rapid change that results in overflow and satisfaction. It is a supernatural act that shifts the trajectory of our lives, allowing us to fulfill His plans within a short span of time.

The concept of God compressing time is not just a futuristic hope but a present reality that we can experience today. In this study, we will explore how God compresses time for His people, how we can align ourselves with His timing, and how to prepare to receive divine restoration. As we dive deeper into this, we will learn to trust God’s ability to accelerate our progress and restore what has been lost.

d) Divine Timing Is Perfect
God’s timing is always perfect, even when it feels like we are running out of time (Ecclesiastes 3:1-11).

Biblical Example: The faith of the woman with the issue of blood, who received her healing by trusting in Jesus (Mark 5:34).

5. GOD’S PURPOSE IS NEVER DELAYED, ONLY PREPARED
When God compresses time, it’s not just about speed but about fulfilling His perfect purpose.

a) Preparation for Greater Impact
Sometimes delays are part of God’s plan to prepare us for something greater. God compresses time to ensure we are fully prepared for His purpose (Romans 8:28).

b) Purpose-Focused Acceleration
When God accelerates your progress, it’s because He is positioning you for a greater impact (Jeremiah 29:11).

Even what seems like lost time is used by God to shape us for His glory (Romans 8:28).

d) Bringing Glory to God
The compression of time ultimately brings glory to God as His plans unfold in an accelerated manner (Isaiah 43:7).

Biblical Example: God used Moses’ time in the wilderness to prepare him for the deliverance of Israel (Exodus 3:1-10).

CONCLUSION:
When God compresses time for our sake, He brings restoration and acceleration beyond our comprehension. His power to restore years and redeem time is a testament to His goodness and sovereignty. In a world where time often feels lost, God’s promise of restoration assures us that He can accelerate His plans for our lives, moving us forward at a supernatural pace. Just as God restored the years for the Israelites, He is able to restore and accelerate the lost years in your life, turning setbacks into setups for greater success and fulfillment.

As we trust in God’s perfect timing, we must have faith that He will compress time for our benefit, bringing divine acceleration and restoration. INTRODUCTION:
Life often brings us to places of loss, damage, or even spiritual and physical decline, whether through personal mistakes, the attacks of the enemy, or the natural trials we face. Yet, the Bible assures us that God's heart is for recovery and restoration, not just in a partial sense, but fully and speedily. God, in His grace, has made provision for restoration in all areas of our lives, whether it be our health, our finances, relationships, or spiritual vitality. When we tap into God's abundant grace, we position ourselves for an experience of divine turnaround, a restoration that goes beyond our understanding and imagination.

Grace for speedy recovery and restoration is a divine empowerment that brings healing and restoration to the places of loss and pain in our lives. It is not a passive waiting for things to get better, but an active, supernatural force that accelerates the process of recovery. Just as we see in the scripture, God promises to restore what the enemy has stolen and to repair what has been broken. He doesn’t just give back what was lost; He brings restoration that surpasses what we had before.

In this season, God is releasing a fresh grace for speedy recovery. What the enemy thought he had taken from you — whether it was time, opportunity, joy, or resources — is being restored in a way that accelerates you into the fullness of His plans for your life. This grace allows you to recover quickly from the wounds of the past and move into a new season of fruitfulness and satisfaction in Christ. MAY 2025: MY MONTH OF EXTRAVAGANT GRACE

MAY 2025: MY MONTH OF EXTRAVAGANT GRACE

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Text: 2 Corinthians 9:8
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.”

Supporting Texts: Romans 5:20, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 1:16, Titus 2:11

INTRODUCTION:

Grace is the unearned, undeserved, and unlimited favour of God. It is divine enablement that takes a man from nothing to something, from the back to the front, from shame to glory. While some experience grace in drops, others enjoy it in full measure. But there’s a realm beyond—extravagant grace—where God lavishes His goodness on you in overflowing proportions.

This month, God shall overwhelm you with His kindness, lift you beyond your labours, and decorate you with honour beyond what you deserve. That is extravagant grace!

1. EXTRAVAGANT GRACE CANCELS EVERY LIMITATION

When grace speaks, obstacles are silenced. Extravagant grace bypasses protocol and breaks limitations.

Illustration: In Esther 2:17, Esther, an orphaned slave girl, was chosen as queen by grace—not beauty, not effort, but favour.

2. EXTRAVAGANT GRACE QUALIFIES THE UNQUALIFIED

Grace gives you what you don’t qualify for. While others strive and struggle, grace makes things fall in place for you.

Illustration: David was the least in Jesse’s house, forgotten in the bush, yet grace located him and made him king (1 Samuel 16:11-13).

3. EXTRAVAGANT GRACE FORGIVES AND RESTORES

Where sin abounds, grace abounds much more. It doesn’t just pardon—it restores what was lost and lifts beyond the fall.

Illustration: The Prodigal Son was received with joy, a robe, a ring, and a feast (Luke 15:20-24). That’s extravagant grace in action.

4. EXTRAVAGANT GRACE EMPOWERS FOR EXPLOITS

Grace is not a license to be lazy—it empowers you to do great things with ease. What others struggle for, grace makes you achieve with divine speed.

Illustration: Paul declared in 1 Corinthians 15:10, “I am what I am by the grace of God…” Grace turned him into a mighty apostle despite his past.

5. EXTRAVAGANT GRACE MULTIPLIES ALL SUFFICIENCY

This kind of grace makes all grace abound toward you—spiritually, financially, mentally, and physically. It fills every area with abundance.

Illustration: In 2 Kings 4:1-7, the widow moved from empty pots to overflowing vessels. Grace moved her from debt to surplus.

CONCLUSION:

This month, extravagant grace shall speak for you. You will not struggle where others fail. God’s favour will go before you, open impossible doors, and silence every voice of condemnation. Let your faith rise—grace is about to decorate your destiny.

ALTAR CALL:

EMPOWERED TO RUN AND NOT BE WEARY

EMPOWERED TO RUN AND NOT BE WEARY

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Isaiah 40:28-31
"Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

Supporting Texts: Hebrews 12:1-3, Psalm 18:29, Philippians 4:13, 2 Corinthians 4:16, Galatians 6:9

INTRODUCTION:
Life is a marathon, not a sprint. It demands consistent energy, resilience, and strength to keep running the race God has set before us. In our human strength, we quickly reach our limits, but God offers us supernatural empowerment to run and not be weary.

Weariness is a reality of life, especially in challenging seasons. It is not a sin to feel tired, but it is dangerous to remain weary without seeking divine help. God's provision ensures that no matter how demanding the journey becomes, His children have access to renewed strength.

Today’s study is a call to embrace the supernatural empowerment that comes from waiting on the Lord. You are not destined to collapse in the race of life — you are destined to soar, run, and walk victoriously by His strength!

1.   UNDERSTANDING DIVINE EMPOWERMENT

It enables steady progress despite challenges (Philippians 4:13).

Biblical Example: Elijah outran Ahab’s chariot by divine empowerment (1 Kings 18:46).

Tiredness can cause one to give up prematurely (Galatians 6:9).

b) Weariness Opens the Door to Temptation
Physical and emotional exhaustion can weaken resistance (Matthew 26:41).

c) Weariness Can Lead to Loss of Vision and Purpose
Fatigue clouds clarity of purpose (Proverbs 29:18).

d) Prolonged Weariness Results in Spiritual Decline
It saps spiritual fervour and zeal (2 Corinthians 4:16).

Biblical Example: Esau sold his birthright because of exhaustion (Genesis 25:29-34).

3.   SECRETS TO RECEIVING SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH
Accessing God’s strength requires intentional actions.

Faith declarations strengthen the inner man (2 Corinthians 4:13).

Running without distractions or delays (Hebrews 12:1-2).

c) Ability to Resist Weariness and Maintain Joy
Joy is a weapon against weakness (Nehemiah 8:10).

d) Access to Eagle-like Heights and Victories
Mounting up above adversities (Isaiah 40:31).

Biblical Example: Paul’s testimony of labouring abundantly by grace (1 Corinthians 15:10).

5.    STAYING CONTINUALLY EMPOWERED
It is not enough to receive strength once; it must be renewed continually.

Strength must be refreshed every day (2 Corinthians 4:16).

b) Guarding Against Spiritual Leaks
Avoid attitudes and habits that drain spiritual strength (Judges 16:20).

c) Constant Dependence on the Holy Spirit

d) Living a Life of Gratitude and Worship
Gratitude sustains divine empowerment (Psalm 92:1-2, 10).

Biblical Example: Jesus maintained constant strength through a life of prayer (Mark 1:35).

CONCLUSION:
God has not called you to run the race of life in your own strength. He has made supernatural strength available to help you run and not be weary, to walk and not faint. The secret lies in waiting upon Him, trusting Him fully, and drawing daily from His inexhaustible power.

INTRODUCTION:
Life is often compared to a race where some seem far ahead, enjoying advantages and early breakthroughs. However, by divine speed, God empowers His children to not only catch up but overtake those ahead. Divine speed is not based on human energy but on divine intervention that accelerates your journey beyond natural limits.

Many people feel disheartened because they seem left behind by others who had better starts or greater advantages. Yet, the good news is that God specialises in helping His own overtake, recover lost grounds, and excel beyond expectations when His supernatural speed comes into play.

Today’s teaching focuses on how God’s divine speed positions His people to overtake those who have gone ahead, demonstrating His power and faithfulness to fulfil His promises quickly and gloriously.

c) Obedience to Divine Instructions
God accelerates those who obey promptly (Genesis 26:2-6,12-14).

d) A Heart Engaged in Prayer and Worship
Prayer provokes supernatural encounters (Acts 16:25-26).

Biblical Example: Joseph moved from prison to palace by divine arrangement (Genesis 41:14-44).

3.   ENEMIES OF DIVINE SPEED
Certain factors can hinder the flow of divine speed.

a) Sin and Disobedience
Sin delays divine interventions (Isaiah 59:1-2).

b) Doubt and Fear
Unbelief blocks supernatural operations (Matthew 14:30-31).

c) Impatience and Murmuring
Complaining attracts stagnation (1 Corinthians 10:10).

d) Neglect of Divine Instructions
Ignoring God's commands invites delay (1 Samuel 15:22-23).

Biblical Example: The Israelites' unbelief prolonged their journey to the Promised Land (Numbers 14:26-35).

4.   STRATEGIES TO ACTIVATE DIVINE SPEED
There are spiritual steps that trigger divine acceleration.

Pray persistently for divine speed (Luke 18:1-8).

c) Receive Fresh Anointing for Acceleration
The anointing empowers for speedy exploits (Isaiah 10:27).

CONCLUSION:
No matter who seems to have gone ahead of you in life, when divine speed comes upon you, you can overtake and even surpass them by God's grace. Human limitations, backgrounds, and delays are irrelevant when God's supernatural hand rests upon a man.

FROM STAGNATION TO ACCELERATION

FROM STAGNATION TO ACCELERATION

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Deuteronomy 1:6-8
"The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: Turn you, and take your journey..."

Supporting Texts: Isaiah 40:31, 2 Kings 7:1-9, Amos 9:13, Habakkuk 2:3, Philippians 3:13-14

INTRODUCTION:
There are seasons in life where movement seems halted, progress appears delayed, and dreams feel out of reach. Stagnation can be deeply frustrating because it contradicts God's plan for continuous growth and advancement for His people. The children of Israel faced a season at Horeb where they stayed longer than God intended, and He commanded them to move forward.

Stagnation is not the will of God. He is a God of movement, increase, and advancement. Every time people settled prematurely or became too comfortable, God intervened to stir them up towards acceleration. Today, many are stuck in cycles of delay, but the prophetic word of the Lord is calling us from stagnation to supernatural acceleration.

In this study, we will learn how to recognise stagnation, break free from its grip, and engage the forces of divine speed to step into the acceleration God has ordained for us.

1.    RECOGNISING THE SIGNS OF STAGNATION
Before you can overcome stagnation, you must identify it.

a) Lack of Progress Over Time
When efforts yield no tangible advancement (Deuteronomy 2:1-3).

b) Repetitive Cycles Without Breakthrough
Going in circles without new results (Numbers 14:33).

c) Frustration and Loss of Motivation
Loss of drive and growing discouragement (Proverbs 13:12).

d) Reduced Expectations and Settling for Less
Accepting a lower standard than God's promise (Judges 6:11-13).

Biblical Example: Israel dwelling too long at Mount Horeb (Deuteronomy 1:6).

2.    CAUSES OF STAGNATION
Understanding what causes stagnation helps in addressing it.

a) Disobedience to Divine Instructions
Ignoring God's voice can delay progress (Jonah 1:1-3).

b) Fear of the Unknown
Fear paralyses movement and decisions (Numbers 13:31-33).

c) Comfort Zones and Complacency
Settling where God intended you to pass through (Genesis 11:31).

d) Satanic Hindrances and Battles
Spiritual opposition can cause delays (Daniel 10:12-13).

Biblical Example: Jonah’s initial disobedience led to delay (Jonah 1:1-17).

3.     DIVINE MANDATE FOR ACCELERATION
God commands movement and grants acceleration.

a) God’s Will is Progressive
He always moves His people forward (Exodus 14:15).

b) He Anoints for Speed and Results
Acceleration comes by His Spirit (Isaiah 40:31).

c) God Empowers Restoration of Lost Time
He redeems wasted years (Joel 2:25).

d) He Commands Enlargement and Increase
God’s blessing leads to growth and expansion (Genesis 26:12-14).

Biblical Example: The four lepers in Samaria who moved and found supernatural results (2 Kings 7:3-8).

4.   SPIRITUAL KEYS TO MOVING FROM STAGNATION TO ACCELERATION
Certain actions and attitudes are critical to shift seasons.

a) Respond to Divine Instructions Promptly
Immediate obedience attracts divine backing (Genesis 12:1-4).

b) Engage in Persistent and Fervent Prayers
Prayer releases breakthroughs (James 5:16-18).

c) Walk in Faith and Bold Declarations
Declare God’s promises over your life (2 Corinthians 4:13).

d) Be Led by the Holy Spirit Continually
The Spirit leads into God’s appointed seasons (Romans 8:14).

Biblical Example: Isaac obeyed God during famine and experienced supernatural increase (Genesis 26:1-14).

5.   MANIFESTATIONS OF ACCELERATION
When God shifts you into acceleration, there are clear signs.

a) Speedy Accomplishments of Goals
Results come faster than expected (Amos 9:13).

b) Open Doors and Uncommon Opportunities
Divine openings appear (Revelation 3:8).

c) Recovery and Restoration of Lost Grounds
Time and opportunities are restored (Joel 2:25-26).

d) Glorification and Visible Advancement
Your life becomes a testimony of God's power (Isaiah 60:22).

Biblical Example: Peter’s sudden miraculous escape from prison (Acts 12:5-11).

CONCLUSION:
Stagnation is not your final destination; it is only a season that must end when divine instruction and power are engaged. God is calling you to rise, move forward, and experience His acceleration. With faith, obedience, and divine help, your story is shifting from delay to delivery!

No matter how long you have been stagnant, a new season of divine speed is upon you. Get ready to soar by the strength of the Almighty!

ENGAGING THE FORCES OF SUPERNATURAL SPEED

ENGAGING THE FORCES OF SUPERNATURAL SPEED

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: 1 Kings 18:46
"And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel."

Supporting Texts: Isaiah 60:22, Amos 9:13, John 6:21, Habakkuk 3:19, Joel 2:7

INTRODUCTION:
Life’s journey is not meant to be slow and burdensome for those who walk with God. In His divine plan, there is provision for supernatural speed—an empowerment that causes individuals to achieve in moments what others strive for in years. God desires that His children move swiftly into His promises without unnecessary delay or stagnation.

Supernatural speed is not natural energy or human effort; it is the result of divine empowerment. It is when the hand of God comes upon a person, enabling them to outrun limitations, challenges, and even competition. When this force is engaged, delays are broken, and destiny is accelerated.

Today, we will learn how to engage the forces that provoke supernatural speed so that our lives, ministries, careers, and purposes will align with God's divine calendar without hindrance.

1.    THE HAND OF GOD AS A FORCE FOR SPEED
When the hand of God comes upon a person, natural laws are suspended in their favour.

a) The Hand of God Brings Uncommon Empowerment
It enables a person to do what is humanly impossible (1 Kings 18:46).

b) The Hand of God Provides Divine Direction
God guides your steps supernaturally to avoid delays (Psalm 32:8).

c) The Hand of God Grants Divine Acceleration
Movements become swift and unhindered (Habakkuk 3:19).

d) The Hand of God Guarantees Victorious Speed
Success is secured even before starting the journey (Exodus 15:6).

Biblical Example: Elijah outran Ahab’s chariot by the hand of the Lord (1 Kings 18:46).

2.    THE FORCE OF FAITH FOR SUPERNATURAL SPEED
Faith activates the power of God for rapid accomplishments.

a) Faith Moves the Hand of God

In the journey of destiny, speed is a vital ingredient. Without supernatural speed, life's journey can become delayed, laboured, and frustrating. It is God's desire that His children move swiftly and accomplish their divine assignments without unnecessary hindrances.

Supernatural speed is not the product of human energy or effort; it is a divine enablement that propels a man beyond natural limitations. It is the difference between struggling to make progress and soaring into destiny with divine ease.

Today, we will uncover the keys that unlock supernatural speed. By applying these divine principles, you will move faster, achieve greater, and fulfil your destiny in record time.

THE GOD OF MEPHIBOSHETH

THE GOD OF MEPHIBOSHETH

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: 2 Samuel 9:1-13
Supporting Texts: 2 Samuel 4:4, Psalm 68:6, Romans 5:8, Matthew 25:34

INTRODUCTION:
The story of Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan and grandson of King Saul, is a powerful narrative of grace, restoration, and unexpected favor. Mephibosheth’s life began in tragedy when he was crippled at the age of five, fleeing from the impending threat to his family after the death of Saul and Jonathan in battle. His crippled condition symbolised how the enemy tries to cripple us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Despite his crippled state, Mephibosheth became the recipient of the overwhelming grace and kindness of King David.

In 2 Samuel 9, we see a beautiful illustration of God's mercy, how He seeks to restore those who are broken, rejected, or forgotten. David's act of kindness towards Mephibosheth represents God's lovingkindness toward us despite our past mistakes, misfortunes, or limitations. Just as David sought to show kindness to the house of Saul because of his covenant with Jonathan, so does God extend His grace and mercy to us based on the covenant He has with His Son, Jesus Christ. In this sermon, we will look deeper into the lessons that can be drawn from the life of Mephibosheth and the nature of the God who restores and blesses us abundantly.

The God of Mephibosheth is a God of restoration, a God who lifts up the fallen, and a God who will not forget His promises to us. He is a God of grace and mercy, who calls us to His table even when we feel unworthy. God’s dealings with Mephibosheth offer insight into the depths of His grace and the boundless extent of His love.

1. GOD’S GRACE IS EXTENDED TO THE UNDESERVING
Mephibosheth was crippled, living in exile, and far from the royal courts, yet David sought him out to show kindness.

a) Grace Reaches Beyond Our Failures
Mephibosheth was from the house of Saul, an enemy of David, yet David reached out to him based on his covenant with Jonathan, not Mephibosheth’s actions (2 Samuel 9:1-3).

b) Unmerited Favor
Just as Mephibosheth did nothing to deserve David’s kindness, we too receive God’s unmerited favor because of Jesus Christ (Romans 5:8).

c) Restoration Despite Our Failures
Mephibosheth’s life of exile was reversed through David’s kindness, just as God restores our lives when we least expect it (2 Samuel 9:5-6).

d) A New Beginning
David’s act of kindness gave Mephibosheth a new life and a new identity. Likewise, God gives us a fresh start, free from our past (Isaiah 43:19).

Biblical Example: God’s grace brought David from a humble shepherd’s life to the throne, where he could show mercy to Mephibosheth despite their past (2 Samuel 5:4-5).

2. GOD REMEMBERS HIS COVENANT AND SHOWS MERCY
David’s act of kindness toward Mephibosheth was a fulfillment of the covenant he made with Jonathan, his friend.

a) God’s Covenant with Us
God remembers His covenant with us through Christ, even when we forget or fall short (Psalm 89:34).

b) Mercy Based on Covenant
Just as David showed mercy to Mephibosheth due to his covenant with Jonathan, God shows mercy to us based on His covenant with Jesus (Matthew 25:34).

c) God’s Covenant Provides for Us
Through God’s covenant, we receive provision, restoration, and inheritance (Romans 8:17).

d) Mercy in Our Brokenness
God does not treat us according to our faults or failures but according to the covenant of mercy through Christ (Lamentations 3:22-23).

Biblical Example: Jesus, who is the fulfillment of God’s covenant, has come to show us mercy, restoring us to a place of honor (John 1:17).

3. GOD RESTORES WHAT HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN
Mephibosheth lost everything in a moment—his inheritance, his status, and his family. But David restored him to the royal table.

a) Restoration of Identity and Status
Mephibosheth was restored to his rightful position as a son of the king, just as God restores our true identity in Christ (Ephesians 1:5-6).

b) Restoring What the Enemy Has Stolen
Like Mephibosheth, many of us have had our joy, peace, or dreams stolen, but God promises to restore all that has been lost (Joel 2:25).

c) A Seat at the King’s Table
God brings us from the lowest places to sit with Him at His table, a place of honor, provision, and intimacy (Psalm 23:5).

d) A Promise of Full Restoration
God’s restoration is always full and complete, as seen in Mephibosheth’s restoration to the king’s house (2 Samuel 9:9-13).

Biblical Example: Job’s life was restored with double for his trouble, demonstrating that God’s restoration is more than enough (Job 42:10-13).

4. GOD’S MERCY CALLS US TO HIS TABLE
Mephibosheth was invited to dine at the king’s table despite his disability and brokenness. This invitation represents God’s call to us.

a) Unworthy, Yet Invited
Mephibosheth had nothing to offer the king, but he was still invited to sit at the king’s table, a symbol of God’s invitation to us despite our inadequacies (Matthew 22:2-10).

b) Divine Fellowship with God
God invites us into fellowship with Him, not because of our righteousness, but because of His grace and mercy (Revelation 3:20).

c) The Table of Blessing
At God’s table, we receive every spiritual blessing we need for life and godliness (Ephesians 1:3).

d) God’s Invitation is for All
The invitation to the king’s table is extended to all, no matter our past, our limitations, or our failures (Luke 14:21-23).

Biblical Example: Jesus, in His great mercy, invited sinners to dine with Him, demonstrating that the table is open to all (Luke 5:29-32).

5. GOD SHOWS HIS LOVE THROUGH UNEXPECTED SOURCES
David did not owe Mephibosheth anything, yet he went out of his way to show kindness. Similarly, God’s love is often shown to us through unexpected means.

a) Love from Unexpected Sources
God often uses unlikely people to show us His love, just as David’s kindness to Mephibosheth came as a surprise (1 Corinthians 1:27-28).

b) God Uses the Lowly
God uses the lowly and broken to show His glory and kindness (1 Samuel 16:11-13).

c) Unexpected Blessings
Sometimes, God’s blessings come in ways we never expected, and from sources we least anticipate (Proverbs 3:5-6).

d) Love Beyond Our Understanding
God’s love is beyond human comprehension, just as David’s kindness to Mephibosheth was beyond the norm (Ephesians 3:17-19).

Biblical Example: The Good Samaritan’s care for the injured man was an unexpected act of mercy and love, illustrating how God works through unexpected sources (Luke 10:30-37).

CONCLUSION:
The God of Mephibosheth is a God of mercy, restoration, and kindness. His love knows no bounds, and His grace reaches us even in our brokenness. Just as He sought out Mephibosheth to restore him, He seeks to restore you today. No matter your past, no matter your mistakes, God's love and mercy will bring you to His table. He is the God who restores, blesses, and invites us to experience His boundless grace.

Let the story of Mephibosheth encourage you to trust in God’s ability to restore and redeem every lost opportunity, every broken dream, and every shattered hope. You are not forgotten; the God of Mephibosheth is reaching out to you today with His grace and mercy, inviting you to sit at His table and enjoy the blessings of His kingdom.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Father, thank You for Your grace that reaches out to me despite my flaws.
2. Lord, I receive restoration in every area of my life where I have been broken or hurt.
3. I declare that I am restored to my rightful place, seated at Your table of blessings and favor.
4. God, remember Your covenant with me and show me mercy according to Your promise in Christ Jesus.
5. Father, let every area of my life that has been crippled or delayed experience divine restoration and acceleration.
