UNSTOPPABLE FAVOUR

INTRODUCTION:
Favour is a divine advantage that makes a person stand out in life. It is a supernatural endorsement that opens doors, secures blessings, and changes one’s story without struggle. The favour of God can lift a person from obscurity to prominence in a moment.

Unstoppable favour means that no matter the opposition, delay, or background, God’s favour will still locate you and announce you. While talent and skill are important, they cannot replace the impact of divine favour. Favour sets you apart, even when others seem more qualified.

In this teaching, we will examine what it means to walk in unstoppable favour, what attracts it, and how to sustain it. We will draw lessons from biblical characters who enjoyed this kind of favour and see how it transformed their destinies.

1. FAVOUR IS A DIVINE LIFTER

a) Favour brings supernatural promotion
(Psalm 75:6-7) – True lifting comes from God, not from men.

b) Favour makes you preferred above others
(Esther 2:17) – Esther was chosen above many because of favour.

c) Favour overrides qualifications
(Ecclesiastes 9:11) – It is not by skill or speed but by time and chance.

d) Favour can break protocols
(Genesis 41:14) – Joseph was brought before Pharaoh despite being a prisoner.

Biblical Example: David – From forgotten shepherd to favoured king (1 Samuel 16:11-13)

2. FAVOUR MAKES DESTINIES ATTRACTIVE

a) Favour opens the hearts of kings and decision-makers
(Proverbs 21:1) – God turns hearts in your favour.

b) Favour grants access to uncommon opportunities
(Isaiah 60:10) – Even strangers will build your walls.

c) Favour brings divine recommendations
(Genesis 41:38-41) – Joseph was recommended and favoured to lead Egypt.

d) Favour causes men to go out of their way to help you
(Luke 2:52) – Jesus increased in favour with God and man.

Biblical Example: Ruth – From a foreign widow to the wife of Boaz (Ruth 2:10-13)

3. FAVOUR IS ATTRACTED BY CHARACTER

a) Integrity sustains favour
(Proverbs 11:3) – The upright enjoy lasting favour.

b) Loyalty invites divine rewards
(Ruth 1:16-17; 2:11-12) – Ruth’s loyalty brought her into favour.

c) Obedience opens favour doors
(Deuteronomy 28:1-2) – Obedience leads to blessings overtaking you.

d) Humility is a magnet for favour
(Proverbs 3:34) – God gives grace (favour) to the humble.

Biblical Example: Joseph – He kept his integrity and found favour even in prison (Genesis 39:21)

4. FAVOUR CANNOT BE STOPPED BY ENEMIES

a) God’s favour overrides human opposition
(Psalm 41:11) – Enemies will not triumph over you.

b) Favour frustrates the expectations of the wicked
(Job 5:12) – Their enterprise will not prosper.

c) No curse can cancel divine favour
(Numbers 23:8) – You cannot curse whom God has blessed.

d) Even in hostile places, favour will still speak
(Exodus 3:21) – The Israelites found favour in Egypt.

Biblical Example: Esther – Even Haman’s plot could not stop her favour (Esther 5:2-3)

5. FAVOUR MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND MAINTAINED

a) Gratitude multiplies favour
(Psalm 103:2) – Don’t forget His benefits.

b) Prayer preserves the flow of favour
(Psalm 5:12) – The righteous are surrounded with favour as with a shield.

c) Serving God secures lasting favour
(Psalm 102:13-14) – God favours those who serve His house.

d) Don’t abuse favour when it comes
(2 Chronicles 26:16) – Uzziah’s pride ruined his favour.

Biblical Example: Mary – Chosen and highly favoured, she remained humble and obedient (Luke 1:28-38)

CONCLUSION:
Unstoppable favour is not accidental; it is purposeful and supernatural. It opens doors that human effort cannot. It positions you for honour, breakthrough, and impact beyond your limitations. When God’s favour is upon your life, everything begins to work for your good—even in the face of resistance.

Let us therefore seek the face of God for favour, walk in character that attracts it, and remain ever grateful for His hand on our lives. As you walk in unstoppable favour, your testimony will inspire others to seek the God who favours.

2. Lord, make me a carrier of divine preference in every environment.
3. O God, surround me with favour like a shield.
4. Every voice speaking against my favour, be silenced now!

7. I receive the Esther kind of favour that cannot be denied.
8. By divine favour, lift me above every opposition.
9. Lord, grant me access to kings, decision-makers and great opportunities.
10. Father, make my life a testimony of unstoppable favour.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
1. You will walk in unusual favour everywhere you go!
2. The doors that were shut against you shall open by favour!
3. Where others are rejected, you shall be celebrated!
4. Your name shall be mentioned for favour in high places!
5. Favour will override every negative report about you!
6. Divine favour will rewrite your family story!
7. From now, you will enjoy the Esther dimension of favour!
8. No enemy can stop the favour of God upon your life!
9. Favour will position you in places you never dreamt of!
10. You are entering your season of unstoppable favour, in Jesus’ name!
