DREAM. DARE. DO

Supporting Texts: Joel 2:28, Proverbs 16:3, Philippians 4:13, Joshua 1:9, Ecclesiastes 11:4-6

INTRODUCTION:
Every great achievement in life begins with a dream. God plants ideas, visions, and aspirations in the hearts of men to lead them into their divine purpose. Dreams are not just fanciful imaginations—they are divine blueprints waiting to be fulfilled by faith and action.

However, dreaming alone is not enough. To fulfil your destiny, you must dare to believe in that dream, regardless of opposition or delay. Daring requires courage, determination, and unwavering faith in God’s promises.

The final step is to do—to take bold steps in line with your dreams, trusting in God’s power to bring them to pass. A man who dreams, dares, and acts cannot be stopped. Your season to rise and take action is now!

1. DREAMING BEYOND THE ORDINARY

a) God gives dreams that align with destiny (Joel 2:28)
God reveals His plans to men through dreams and visions—He gives divine inspiration that transcends natural limitations.

b) Big dreams require big faith (Genesis 37:9-10)
Joseph dreamed beyond his present condition. His dreams provoked jealousy but were divine in origin.

c) Dreamers are often misunderstood (Genesis 37:8)
Not everyone will see or support your vision, but that doesn't make it invalid.

d) Dreams must be nurtured through prayer and patience (Habakkuk 2:3)
Even when delayed, divine dreams will surely come to pass.

Biblical Example: Joseph’s dream led him to rulership despite challenges (Genesis 41:39-44)

2. DARE TO BELIEVE AND TAKE RISKS

a) Fear paralyses dreams, but faith fuels them (2 Timothy 1:7)
You cannot walk in destiny while living in fear. Be bold and courageous.

b) Daring means stepping out of your comfort zone (Matthew 14:29)
Like Peter stepping on water, you must act on your faith.

c) Believing in God’s word keeps you steady (Joshua 1:9)
Courage comes from knowing that God is with you in the journey.

d) The path of the daring may be tough but leads to glory (Romans 8:18)
The trials faced by those who dare are often the stepping stones to greatness.

Biblical Example: Esther dared to approach the king and saved her people (Esther 4:16)

3. DOING IS THE BRIDGE BETWEEN DREAM AND DESTINY

a) Action turns dreams into reality (James 2:17)
Without works, even the most divine dream is lifeless.

b) Excellence in small tasks prepares you for greater opportunities (Luke 16:10)
Faithfulness in little opens doors for much.

c) Procrastination kills progress (Ecclesiastes 11:4)
Waiting for perfect conditions is an enemy to achievement.

d) God blesses the works of your hands, not your thoughts alone (Deuteronomy 28:12)
Doing activates divine assistance.

Biblical Example: Nehemiah not only prayed, he built the wall (Nehemiah 2:18-20)

4. RESILIENCE IS KEY TO FULFILMENT

a) You must endure setbacks and delays (2 Corinthians 4:8-9)
Pressing forward despite resistance is the mark of a winner.

b) Obstacles are opportunities in disguise (Romans 8:28)
What tries to stop you may actually push you closer to purpose.

c) God strengthens the heart of those who persist (Psalm 27:14)
Waiting and persistence are part of divine preparation.

d) Winners refuse to quit (Philippians 3:13-14)
Press forward—your best days are ahead.

Biblical Example: Paul endured many trials but fulfilled his divine mission (2 Timothy 4:7)

5. GOD IS COMMITTED TO YOUR SUCCESS

a) Your dream originated from God’s heart (Philippians 2:13)
He works in you to will and to do His good pleasure.

b) His grace empowers your doing (2 Corinthians 9:8)
You are not left to act on your own strength.

c) Divine favour follows divine purpose (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Trusting God will bring guidance and favour in the journey.

d) God finishes what He starts (Philippians 1:6)
If He gave the dream, He will bring it to completion.

Biblical Example: Jesus finished the work He came to do and sat in glory (John 17:4)

CONCLUSION:
You were not born to exist passively—you were created with a divine purpose. The dream in your heart is not an accident. It is a seed from God, and He expects you to nurture it, dare the odds, and do what is required.

When you dream, dare, and do, you partner with Heaven for the fulfilment of destiny. Refuse to settle. Rise up, act on your vision, and you will see divine backing all the way. Your season of manifestation has come.
