INTRODUCTION:
Malice is a deliberate intent to harm, frustrate, or destroy another person. Throughout history, many people have suffered unjustly due to the malice of others. However, the Bible assures us that no amount of hatred or evil plans can hinder God's purpose in our lives. Joseph is a perfect example of someone who faced malice from his own brothers, yet he still rose to greatness. This study will explore how believers can overcome malice and still succeed.

1. MALICE CANNOT STOP GOD'S PURPOSE
Even when people plot evil against us, God's purpose for our lives remains unchanged.

a) God’s Plan Overrides Evil Intentions
No matter how much people try to stop you, God’s plan for your life will prevail (Isaiah 46:10).

b) Opposition Is Often a Setup for Promotion
Joseph's brothers hated him, but their betrayal led to his destiny in Egypt (Genesis 50:20).

c) God Turns Evil for Good
What others intend for harm, God can use to bless you (Romans 8:28).

d) No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper
The malice of men cannot stand against God's protection (Isaiah 54:17).

e) Biblical Example:
Joseph’s brothers hated him, sold him into slavery, but he still became a ruler in Egypt (Genesis 41:39-41).

2. MALICE CANNOT STOP DIVINE FAVOUR
When God's favour is upon a person, no amount of malice can take it away.

a) Favour Makes You Stand Out
Joseph was favoured in Potiphar’s house and even in prison (Genesis 39:2-4).

b) God's Favour Opens Uncommon Doors
Even in difficult places, God's favour will make a way (Psalm 5:12).

c) Divine Favour Attracts Opportunities
No matter who fights against you, God's favour will cause opportunities to locate you (Proverbs 3:3-4).

d) Favour Preserves Destiny
The favour of God preserves those He has called, ensuring they fulfil their destiny (Esther 2:17).

e) Biblical Example:
Despite being imprisoned due to false accusations, Joseph still found favour and was elevated to the palace (Genesis 41:14).

3. MALICE CANNOT CANCEL GOD’S BLESSINGS
God's blessings upon your life are irreversible, no matter who opposes you.

a) God's Blessing Is Permanent
When God blesses, no one can revoke it (Numbers 23:19-20).

b) Malice Can Be a Catalyst for Greater Blessings
Haman hated Mordecai, but his plot led to Mordecai’s promotion (Esther 6:10-11).

c) The More They Oppose, the More You Increase
The Israelites multiplied in Egypt despite Pharaoh’s oppression (Exodus 1:12).

d) Your Enemies Will Witness Your Blessing
God prepares a table before you in the presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5).

e) Biblical Example:
Balak hired Balaam to curse Israel, but instead, they were blessed even more (Numbers 23:11-12).

4. MALICE CANNOT HINDER DIVINE HELP
When God decides to help a man, no amount of opposition can stop it.

a) God Sends Help in Unexpected Ways
Even when people try to block you, God raises help from unexpected places (Isaiah 41:10).

b) The Right People Will Locate You
Divine help often comes through unexpected people at the right time (1 Kings 17:6).

c) God Uses Malice to Elevate You
Those who fight you unknowingly push you closer to your destiny (Genesis 45:7-8).

d) Malice Cannot Close a Door God Has Opened
If God opens a door for you, no one can shut it (Revelation 3:8).

e) Biblical Example:
The Jews plotted against Daniel, but God sent an angel to shut the lions’ mouths (Daniel 6:22).

5. MALICE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR DESTINY
No matter what people do, God's destiny for your life remains intact.

a) Your Destiny Was Written Before You Were Born
God’s plan for you was established before time began (Jeremiah 1:5).

b) God Uses Opposition to Train You for Greatness
Trials refine us and prepare us for higher assignments (James 1:2-4).

c) Malice Cannot Reverse God's Calling
The gifts and calling of God are without repentance (Romans 11:29).

d) Your Destiny Is Secure in Christ
Nothing can separate us from the love and purpose of God (Romans 8:38-39).

e) Biblical Example:
The hatred of Saul could not stop David from becoming king (2 Samuel 5:3-4).

CONCLUSION:
Malice is a weapon the enemy uses to discourage and destroy God’s people, but as believers, we must remember that no amount of hatred, jealousy, or opposition can stop what God has ordained for us. Joseph, Mordecai, Daniel, and many others in the Bible overcame malice and still succeeded. Your success is in God's hands, not in the hands of men. Keep trusting God, and you will rise above every evil plot against your life.
