ENGAGING THE ANGELS OF MIRACLES

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Hebrews 1:14

Key Verse:
“Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?” – Hebrews 1:14 (KJV)

Supporting Texts: Psalm 103:20-21; Acts 12:5-10; Genesis 18:1-14; Daniel 6:22; Revelation 5:11

Description: Engaging the angels of miracles releases supernatural intervention, protection, and breakthroughs for believers who walk in obedience and faith.

INTRODUCTION:
God has assigned angels as ministering spirits to serve those who are heirs of salvation. These heavenly beings are powerful agents of God’s will, sent to intervene in the affairs of men. They have always been active in fulfilling God’s purpose—delivering messages, executing judgement, protecting God’s people, and facilitating miracles.

In the Old and New Testaments, angels played key roles in moments of supernatural breakthroughs. From Abraham’s encounter at Mamre to Peter’s miraculous release from prison, we see that God deploys angels to work wonders. Their ministry did not end in Bible times; angels are still at work today, responding to God’s Word and the prayers of His people.

However, to fully experience their ministry, believers must live in alignment with God’s Word, walk in faith, and actively engage their assistance. Understanding their purpose and applying biblical principles positions us for angelic intervention that turns impossibilities into testimonies.

1. UNDERSTANDING THE MINISTRY OF ANGELS
Angels are God’s messengers and warriors sent to enforce His will and assist believers in their walk of faith.

a) Definition and Purpose of Angels
Angels are created beings tasked with serving God and His people (Psalm 103:20).

b) Angels as Ministering Spirits
They are assigned to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14).

c) Angels Execute God’s Word
They respond swiftly when God’s Word is spoken in faith (Psalm 103:20).

d) Angels Bring Protection and Guidance
God commands them to guard His people in all their ways (Psalm 91:11).

Biblical Example: Daniel in the lions’ den (Daniel 6:22) — God sent His angel to shut the lions’ mouths.

2. CONDITIONS FOR ENGAGING ANGELIC HELP
Certain spiritual attitudes and actions attract angelic intervention.

a) Holiness and Righteous Living
Purity of life draws angelic presence (Psalm 34:7).

b) Obedience to God’s Word
Angels respond to those who walk in obedience (Deuteronomy 28:1-2).

c) Speaking Words of Faith
Faith-filled declarations activate angelic action (Mark 11:23).

d) Worship and Reverence for God
Angels operate in atmospheres of true worship (Revelation 22:8-9).

Biblical Example: Zechariah and Elizabeth (Luke 1:11-13) received angelic visitation due to their righteousness and devotion.

3. WAYS ANGELS PERFORM MIRACLES
Angels are instruments of God’s power, performing various acts of divine intervention.

a) Deliverance from Danger
Angels rescue God’s people from harm (Acts 12:7).

b) Provision of Divine Resources
Angels supplied Elijah with food and strength (1 Kings 19:5-8).

c) Opening Impossible Doors
They open gates and break barriers (Acts 12:10).

d) Bringing Divine Direction
Angels provide guidance in critical moments (Matthew 1:20-21).

Biblical Example: The angels who visited Abraham and Sarah (Genesis 18:1-14) brought a miraculous promise of Isaac’s birth.

4. HINDERANCES TO ANGELIC INTERVENTION
Certain attitudes and actions can block angelic help.

a) Unbelief and Doubt
Doubt hinders the miraculous (Hebrews 3:19).

b) Negative Speech
Words contrary to God’s promises hinder angels (Proverbs 18:21).

c) Persistent Sin and Disobedience
Sin creates barriers between man and God’s help (Isaiah 59:2).

d) Ignorance of Angelic Ministry
A lack of knowledge leaves believers vulnerable (Hosea 4:6).

Biblical Example: Zechariah doubted Gabriel’s message and was struck mute (Luke 1:18-20).

5. ACTIVATING ANGELS FOR MIRACLES
Believers can release angels through spiritual disciplines and declarations.

a) Prayer and Intercession
Prayer invites angelic intervention (Acts 12:5).

b) Declaring God’s Word
Angels respond to God’s spoken Word (Psalm 103:20).

c) Living in Covenant Relationship with God
Covenant living guarantees angelic covering (Psalm 91:1,11).

d) Thanksgiving and Worship
Worship creates an atmosphere for angelic activity (Psalm 22:3).

Biblical Example: Peter’s deliverance from prison (Acts 12:5-10) — prayer activated angelic intervention.

CONCLUSION:
God has not left His children alone. Angels are active agents of divine intervention, working on behalf of believers who understand their role. As you live in holiness, obedience, and faith, you will experience angelic activity in your life.

Engaging the angels of miracles is a call to align yourself with heaven’s agenda. When you pray, declare God’s Word, and worship, angels are deployed to fight your battles, deliver your blessings, and guide you into divine purpose.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Father, thank You for sending angels to minister to me as an heir of salvation.
2. Lord, open my spiritual eyes to discern angelic activity in my life.
3. By the blood of Jesus, silence every voice of doubt blocking my miracles.
4. Father, deploy Your angels to fight my battles and deliver my blessings.
5. Lord, let Your angels open every closed door in my life.
6. I command angelic intervention in my finances, health, and ministry.
7. Father, surround my household with angelic protection against evil attacks.
8. Lord, activate angels of miracles to deliver my overdue blessings.
9. Father, empower me to speak Your Word that releases angelic power.
10. Lord, make my life a testimony of angelic intervention.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY:
1. Angels of miracles are working on your behalf right now.
2. Every closed door in your life is opening by angelic power.
3. Divine intervention is coming where human help has failed.
4. The angels of God are surrounding and protecting you in every battle.
5. Your overdue blessings are being delivered by angelic messengers.
6. Angels of provision will supply all your needs supernaturally.
7. Confusion is leaving your enemies as angels fight your battles.
8. You are entering a season of unprecedented angelic assistance.
9. The Lord is releasing angels to guide you into your miracles.
10. From today, the ministry of angels will be evident in your life.

THE POWER THAT DESTROYS NEGATIVE ROOTS

THE POWER THAT DESTROYS NEGATIVE ROOTS

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Jeremiah 1:10 – “See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”

Supporting Texts: Matthew 15:13; Judges 6:25-27; Colossians 2:14-15; Galatians 3:13-14; Isaiah 10:27

Description: Through Christ’s power, every negative root, generational curses, sinful patterns, and demonic strongholds can be destroyed, giving believers freedom to flourish in God’s purpose.

INTRODUCTION:
Negative roots are unseen foundations that influence the visible fruits of a person’s life. They include generational curses, destructive habits, and spiritual strongholds that hinder destiny. Just as the quality of a tree depends on its roots, the success or failure of a life is often determined by unseen foundations.

God’s Word reveals that some problems persist because their roots are still alive beneath the surface. Surface solutions may seem effective for a time, but unless the root is destroyed, the problem will reappear. Jesus said, “Every plant which My heavenly Father hath not planted shall be rooted up” (Matthew 15:13), showing us that divine power can uproot every evil foundation.

As believers, we are not powerless. Christ has given us authority to destroy negative roots through His blood, His name, and His Word. Today’s study will reveal how to identify, confront, and uproot destructive roots so that you can plant seeds of righteousness, peace, and blessing for generations to come.

1. UNDERSTANDING NEGATIVE ROOTS
Negative roots are spiritual and moral foundations that influence behaviour, character, and destiny.

a) Origins of negative roots (Exodus 20:5)
Generational sins, curses, and family patterns can transfer harmful influences through bloodlines.

b) Hidden nature of roots (Hebrews 12:15)
Like underground roots, bitterness, unforgiveness, and secret sins may remain unseen but continue to produce destructive fruit.

c) Negative roots affect future generations (2 Samuel 21:1)
Unaddressed roots can bring affliction to children and grandchildren long after the original offence.

d) God exposes roots for deliverance (Luke 8:17)
The Holy Spirit reveals what is hidden to bring freedom and restoration.

Biblical Example: King David faced famine because of Saul’s unresolved bloodguilt, a negative root affecting the nation (2 Samuel 21:1-14).

2. THE DESTRUCTIVE IMPACT OF NEGATIVE ROOTS
Leaving negative roots unaddressed can produce continual setbacks and bondage.

a) They hinder spiritual growth (Mark 4:18-19)
Worldly cares and sinful foundations choke God’s Word from bearing fruit in your life.

b) They reproduce cycles of failure (Judges 2:10-12)
Israel’s repeated backsliding was due to deep-rooted disobedience passed from generation to generation.

c) They invite demonic oppression (Ephesians 4:27)
Unrepented sin gives the enemy legal ground to attack.

d) They destroy potential and destiny (John 10:10)
Satan uses negative roots to steal joy, peace, and fulfilment in God’s plan.

Biblical Example: The house of Eli suffered destruction because of unresolved disobedience and dishonour toward God (1 Samuel 2:27-36).

3. THE POWER OF GOD TO DESTROY NEGATIVE ROOTS
God has given us powerful spiritual weapons to uproot and destroy every evil foundation.

a) The blood of Jesus cancels curses (Colossians 2:14-15)
Christ’s sacrifice disarmed principalities and blotted out every handwriting of ordinances against us.

b) The name of Jesus breaks strongholds (Philippians 2:9-10)
Every knee, physical or spiritual bows to His authority.

c) The Word of God uproots lies (Hebrews 4:12)
The living Word discerns thoughts and intentions, exposing and cutting off destructive roots.

d) The anointing destroys yokes (Isaiah 10:27)
The Holy Spirit’s power shatters every bondage that hinders your destiny.

Biblical Example: Gideon, by God’s instruction, destroyed his father’s altar of Baal, breaking a generational stronghold in his family and nation (Judges 6:25-27).

4. STEPS TO UPROOT NEGATIVE ROOTS
Uprooting begins with discernment, repentance, and decisive spiritual action.

a) Identify and confront the root (Jeremiah 1:10)
Ask God to reveal hidden causes of recurring struggles.

b) Repent and renounce (1 John 1:9)
Confess and break agreements with sin or curses from the past.

c) Apply the power of prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21)
Persistent spiritual warfare dismantles entrenched strongholds.

d) Plant new seeds of righteousness (Galatians 6:7-8)
Replace destructive patterns with obedience, faith, and godly habits.

Biblical Example: Hezekiah restored true worship in Judah, cutting off idolatrous roots and planting seeds of revival (2 Chronicles 29:1-11).

5. LIVING IN FREEDOM AFTER UPROOTING
Freedom is maintained by continually walking with God and guarding your heart.

a) Stay rooted in Christ (Colossians 2:6-7)
Let your faith, character, and actions be anchored in Jesus.

b) Guard your heart diligently (Proverbs 4:23)
Watch over your thoughts, associations, and influences.

c) Stay connected to a godly community (Hebrews 10:25)
Fellowship and accountability help sustain deliverance and growth.

d) Keep declaring God’s promises (Revelation 12:11)
Testify to the power of God’s Word to keep the enemy defeated.

Biblical Example: The early Church remained steadfast in teaching, fellowship, and prayer, which preserved their freedom and power (Acts 2:42-47).

CONCLUSION:
Negative roots, though hidden, can shape destinies for generations. However, God has provided power through His Word, His Spirit, and the name of Jesus to uproot every evil foundation. When you confront and destroy these roots, you create space for God’s blessings to flourish in your life and lineage.

Determine today to walk in victory, refusing to allow the past or the enemy to dictate your future. The God who called you has equipped you to root out, pull down, destroy, and then build and plant a new future full of His glory.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Thank You, Lord, for the power to uproot every negative root in my life.
2. Father, expose every hidden root affecting my destiny.
3. By the blood of Jesus, I cancel every generational curse working against me.
4. Lord, uproot every seed of bitterness and unforgiveness in my heart.
5. I break every cycle of failure and setback in my lineage.
6. Holy Spirit, destroy every satanic stronghold hindering my progress.
7. Plant in me new seeds of righteousness and godly character.
8. Lord, let every evil altar speaking against my destiny be silenced.
9. Empower me to walk daily in victory and holiness.
10. Thank You, Father, for establishing a new foundation of blessing in my life.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY:
1. You shall be delivered from every hidden root of bondage.
2. Every generational curse over your life is broken today.
3. God is planting new seeds of greatness in your destiny.
4. The power of the Holy Spirit is destroying every yoke in your life.
5. Your future will no longer be determined by your past.
6. You shall flourish like a tree planted by rivers of water.
7. Every evil altar contending with your progress is uprooted.
8. God’s Word will be the new root of your life and family.
9. You will walk in freedom, victory, and divine purpose.
10. Generations after you shall reap blessings from your obedience today.

IT IS THE MANDATE THAT CURES MADNESS

IT IS THE MANDATE THAT CURES THE MADNESS

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Mark 5:1-20

Key Verse: “And he said unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.” – Mark 5:19

Supporting Texts: Luke 4:18-19, Isaiah 61:1-3, Acts 26:16-18, Matthew 28:18-20

INTRODUCTION
The world is full of chaos, confusion, and spiritual battles that often manifest as madness both literal and figurative. People are running in circles, burdened with brokenness, addictions, and demonic oppression. Yet, there is an unchanging truth: God’s divine mandate has the power to cure every form of madness. The story of the man possessed by a legion of demons in Mark 5 shows that when Jesus, empowered by divine mandate, stepped into the scene, madness gave way to sanity.

Mandate speaks of divine authority, purpose, and assignment. Without God’s mandate, efforts to address spiritual, moral, or societal problems remain powerless. But with His mandate, even the fiercest storms bow. Jesus declared in Luke 4:18 that the Spirit of the Lord was upon Him and had anointed Him to heal the brokenhearted, deliver the captives, and set at liberty those who are oppressed. It is only under God’s authority that true transformation occurs.

In the same way, you must recognise and walk in the divine mandate assigned to you. When you carry the authority of heaven, situations that seem impossible will submit. God’s mandate over your life will not only cure your challenges but also bring healing, deliverance, and restoration to others.

1. UNDERSTANDING THE POWER OF A DIVINE MANDATE
Every divine mandate carries God’s authority and backing to accomplish the impossible.

a) Mandate is divine authorisation (Matthew 28:18-20)
Jesus gave His disciples authority to go and make disciples of all nations, showing that a mandate empowers you for your mission.

b) Mandate carries heaven’s endorsement (Luke 10:19)
When God sends you, He equips you with power to tread on serpents and scorpions and to overcome every adversary.

c) Mandate brings clarity of purpose (Habakkuk 2:2-3)
Understanding your divine assignment keeps you focused even in times of delay or opposition.

d) Mandate guarantees victory (Isaiah 55:11)
God’s word and mission will never return void; it will prosper in what He sends it to do.

Biblical Example: Moses, backed by God’s mandate, confronted Pharaoh and delivered Israel from bondage (Exodus 3:10-12).

2. MADNESS REPRESENTS CHAOS, OPPRESSION, AND HOPELESSNESS
The “madness” we see today includes spiritual oppression, moral decay, and societal disorder.

a) Madness is a manifestation of demonic oppression (Mark 5:2-5)
The demoniac’s torment reflects the spiritual battles behind many visible problems.

b) Madness disrupts destiny (John 10:10)
The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, attempting to derail God’s plans for lives.

c) Madness isolates and humiliates (Mark 5:3-4)
The demoniac lived among tombs, cut off from society and dignity, just as sin and chaos isolate people from purpose.

d) Madness cannot be cured by human wisdom alone (1 Corinthians 2:4-5)
Only the power of God can bring lasting deliverance and restoration.

Biblical Example: King Nebuchadnezzar’s madness was cured only when he acknowledged God’s sovereignty (Daniel 4:34-37).

3. JESUS’ MANDATE BRINGS DELIVERANCE AND RESTORATION
The power of Christ’s mandate breaks chains, restores dignity, and brings peace.

a) Jesus was anointed to set captives free (Luke 4:18-19)
His mission on earth was to destroy the works of the devil and release those in bondage.

b) His presence silences every storm (Mark 4:39)
When Jesus speaks, chaos gives way to calmness and order.

c) His authority is unmatched (Philippians 2:9-11)
Every knee, whether of demons, sickness, or adversity bows to His name.

d) His mandate transforms lives for testimony (Mark 5:19-20)
The healed demoniac became a witness, spreading the news of God’s power throughout Decapolis.

Biblical Example: The woman with the issue of blood was healed instantly when she touched Jesus’ garment (Mark 5:25-34), demonstrating the authority of His mandate.

4. WALKING IN YOUR GOD-GIVEN MANDATE
Your own life carries a divine assignment that can transform your world when embraced.

a) Discover your mandate through God’s Word (Psalm 119:105)
God reveals His plan for your life as you study and meditate on Scripture.

b) Stay filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8)
Power to fulfil your assignment comes through the Spirit’s empowerment.

c) Obey God’s instructions fully (Joshua 1:7-8)
Success and breakthroughs come when you walk in complete obedience to God’s Word.

d) Persist despite opposition (2 Corinthians 4:8-9)
Challenges will arise, but your mandate ensures your victory.

Biblical Example: Paul’s life changed radically after receiving his mandate on the road to Damascus, transforming him from a persecutor to a preacher (Acts 26:16-18).

5. YOUR MANDATE WILL SILENCE YOUR ENEMIES AND INSPIRE GENERATIONS
When you fulfil your God-given assignment, your life becomes a testimony that cannot be ignored.

a) Your mandate will shame your adversaries (Psalm 23:5)
God will prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies.

b) Your obedience will bless others (Genesis 12:2-3)
Walking in your assignment positions you as a channel of blessing.

c) Your mandate will leave a legacy (Hebrews 11:39-40)
Lives will be transformed long after you are gone.

d) Your victory will glorify God (Matthew 5:16)
Others will see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Biblical Example: Joseph’s God-given mandate not only preserved nations during famine but also reconciled his family and advanced God’s plan for Israel (Genesis 45:7-8).

CONCLUSION
The madness around you, whether personal battles, societal chaos, or spiritual oppression, cannot prevail against the authority of God’s mandate. When you embrace and walk in the assignment God has given you, no opposition can withstand His power at work in your life.

Just as Jesus brought calm and restoration to the man of Gadara, God’s mandate in your life will bring healing, order, and testimonies. Stay faithful to your calling, trust in God’s authority, and watch Him cure every form of madness through His divine power.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, help me discover and walk in my divine mandate.
2. Father, empower me with Your Spirit to fulfil my assignment.
3. Lord, silence every chaos and confusion in my life.
4. Father, destroy every work of the enemy resisting my destiny.
5. Lord, give me boldness to operate under Your authority.
6. Father, let my life be a testimony of Your power and glory.
7. Lord, use me as a vessel to bring healing and deliverance to others.
8. Father, align every area of my life with Your divine purpose.
9. Lord, let my obedience to Your mandate bless generations.
10. Father, let every storm in my life bow to Your authority.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY
1. You shall walk in divine authority and cure every madness around you.
2. You shall silence every storm through the mandate of Christ in you.
3. You shall not miss your God-given assignment in this generation.
4. You shall see confusion turn to clarity by God’s power in your life.
5. You shall operate with heaven’s backing wherever you go.
6. You shall be a vessel of healing, restoration, and transformation.
7. You shall rise as a testimony of God’s unshakable power.
8. You shall fulfil your mandate and inspire future generations.
9. You shall not fear opposition, for your victory is assured.
10. You shall glorify God as His power cures every madness around you.

THE POWER OF A WOMAN

THE POWER OF A WOMAN

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Judges 16:4-21

Key Verse: “Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.” – Proverbs 14:1

Supporting Texts: Genesis 3:1-6, Ruth 1:16-17, Luke 8:1-3, Proverbs 31:10-31

Description: Women carry extraordinary influence and power that can either build or destroy, bless or curse, depending on how they use it.

INTRODUCTION
Women occupy a special place in God’s creation and plan. From the beginning, God designed woman as a helper suitable for man (Genesis 2:18), signifying that her role was crucial to the fulfilment of God’s purposes on earth. This power is neither secondary nor insignificant but is a divine tool that can shape generations.

Throughout Scripture, we see women exerting profound influence for good or ill. Eve’s choice in the Garden of Eden impacted humanity, while Delilah’s betrayal brought down a mighty warrior. Jezebel threat made Elijah the great Prophet to run away.
On the other hand, women like Ruth, Mary Magdalene, and Priscilla used their influence to advance God’s kingdom. This duality demonstrates that a woman’s power is undeniable and must be channelled wisely.

In today’s world, the power of a woman remains as potent as ever. Women can nurture faith, build homes, strengthen ministries, and even change the course of nations. But if misused, this same power can cause harm, division, or downfall. Understanding and honouring this power is essential for women and men alike.

1. THE INFLUENCE OF A WOMAN CAN SHAPE DESTINIES
A woman’s voice, actions, and decisions can redirect the course of lives and nations.

a) Influence in the home (Proverbs 14:1)
A wise woman builds her home with godly wisdom, but a careless one can destroy it through foolishness.

b) Influence in leadership and society (Judges 4:4-7)
Deborah’s leadership brought victory to Israel, proving that God uses women to change the destinies of nations.

c) Influence in spiritual matters (Genesis 3:6)
Eve’s influence over Adam altered humanity’s history, showing the weight of a woman’s choices.

d) Influence in ministry and missions (Acts 16:14-15)
Lydia’s generosity supported the growth of the early church, demonstrating a woman’s power to advance God’s work.

Biblical Example: Queen Esther used her influence to save her people from destruction (Esther 4:14-16).

2. A WOMAN’S POWER CAN BUILD OR DESTROY
The same power that can lift others up can also tear them down if misused.

a) A woman can lift her husband or pull him down (Judges 16:15-17)
Delilah’s manipulation led to Samson’s downfall, showing the danger of misused influence.

b) A woman can bring blessings or curses (1 Kings 21:25)
Jezebel’s wicked counsel to Ahab brought judgment on their house.

c) A woman can uphold righteousness or promote sin (Genesis 19:26)
Lot’s wife’s backward look disobeyed God and cost her life, impacting her family’s destiny.

d) A woman can heal or wound communities (Philippians 4:2-3)
Paul urged Euodia and Syntyche to reconcile, showing that women can either create division or unity in the church.

Biblical Example: Abigail’s wisdom saved her household and prevented David from bloodshed (1 Samuel 25:32-35).

3. GOD USES WOMEN TO ADVANCE HIS KINGDOM
Women have always been part of God’s redemptive plan.

a) Women ministered to Jesus (Luke 8:1-3)
Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Susanna supported Jesus’ ministry with their resources.

b) Women were present at key moments of salvation history (John 20:11-18)
Mary Magdalene was the first to witness and proclaim the risen Christ.

c) Women teach and disciple others (Acts 18:26)
Priscilla, alongside her husband Aquila, taught Apollos the way of God more accurately.

d) Women are channels of generational blessing (2 Timothy 1:5)
The faith of Timothy’s grandmother Lois and mother Eunice nurtured a great church leader.

Biblical Example: Ruth’s loyalty and faithfulness brought blessings to Naomi and secured her place in the lineage of Jesus (Ruth 4:13-17).

4. THE RESPONSIBILITY THAT COMES WITH A WOMAN’S POWER
With great influence comes great accountability.

a) A woman must seek God’s wisdom (Proverbs 31:26)
Speaking with wisdom and kindness ensures her power uplifts rather than destroys.

b) A woman must uphold integrity (Titus 2:3-5)
Godly character ensures her influence is righteous and pure.

c) A woman must be a builder, not a breaker (Proverbs 14:1)
She should use her strength to nurture faith, family, and community.

d) A woman must recognise her role in God’s plan (Jeremiah 29:11)
Understanding that God has a purpose for her ensures her decisions align with His will.

Biblical Example: Hannah’s prayerful dedication brought forth Samuel, who became a prophet and leader in Israel (1 Samuel 1:20-28).

5. HONOURING THE WOMAN’S ROLE IN GOD’S KINGDOM
Men and society must acknowledge and honour the unique role of women.

a) Women are partners in God’s work (Genesis 2:18)
God created woman as a helper suitable for man, not as an afterthought.

b) Women are vital to church growth (Romans 16:1-2)
Paul commended Phoebe for her service to the church, highlighting women’s contributions.

c) Women bring compassion and nurturing (Isaiah 49:15)
Their God-given tenderness reflects God’s care for His people.

d) Women leave lasting legacies (Matthew 26:13)
The woman who anointed Jesus will always be remembered for her act of devotion.

Biblical Example: Deborah’s leadership and courage brought peace to Israel (Judges 5:6-7).

CONCLUSION
The power of a woman is undeniable. It can shape destinies, build nations, and advance God’s kingdom when used wisely. But when misused, it can bring destruction, division, and regret. Women must recognise their influence and steward it with godly wisdom and humility.

As men and the church honour the role of women, and as women walk in righteousness and discernment, God’s purposes are fulfilled, and His glory is revealed through their lives.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, help women everywhere to recognise and use their influence for Your glory.
2. Father, give women wisdom to build their homes and communities.
3. Lord, protect families and ministries from the misuse of influence.
4. Father, raise godly women to advance Your kingdom in this generation.
5. Lord, bless every woman serving in Your vineyard with strength and grace.
6. Father, grant men understanding to honour and support the women in their lives.
7. Lord, heal families and communities broken by wrong influences.
8. Father, let every woman’s life be a testimony of Your power and love.
9. Lord, inspire women to nurture faith and righteousness in the next generation.
10. Father, establish every woman in her divine purpose and assignment.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY
1. You shall walk in wisdom and use your influence to build and not destroy.
2. You shall be a blessing to your family, church, and community.
3. You shall not misuse your power but will glorify God with your decisions.
4. You shall raise generations that will honour and serve the Lord.
5. You shall see God’s favour as you steward your role with humility.
6. You shall bring healing and encouragement to broken places.
7. You shall be remembered for your acts of faith and devotion.
8. You shall inspire others to draw closer to Christ through your example.
9. You shall experience God’s covering and provision in every season.
10. You shall fulfil your divine purpose and leave a lasting legacy of righteousness.

I WILL ARRIVE

I WILL ARRIVE

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Habakkuk 2:3

Key Verse: “For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

Supporting Texts: Ecclesiastes 3:11, Galatians 6:9, Psalm 37:7, Isaiah 60:22

INTRODUCTION
Life is a journey where the timing of God governs our destiny. Sometimes it may feel as though others are racing ahead, achieving success, or stepping into opportunities while you seem delayed. But the Scriptures remind us that every vision and destiny has an appointed time. Your arrival may not match another person’s schedule, but God has a unique timeline for you.

Comparison is a trap that breeds discouragement and envy. You are unique, created with a distinct purpose and a special grace that cannot be replicated. John outran Peter to the tomb, but he waited for Peter to enter before stepping in himself (John 20:4-6). This story teaches us that even if others seem ahead of you, God’s perfect order will still honour your moment of arrival.

Just as David’s family had to wait for him before the prophet Samuel could anoint the next king (1 Samuel 16:11-13), so will people wait for you. Even when forgotten or overlooked, God is preparing you for a greater unveiling. When your moment comes, you will shine brighter than anyone expected.

1. GOD’S TIMING IS PERFECT
Your destiny is not late; it is unfolding according to God’s divine schedule. Trust Him even when it seems delayed.

a) Trusting God’s appointed time (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
God makes all things beautiful in His time. Waiting is not a sign of failure but a divine process for your preparation and elevation.

b) Delays are not denials (Habakkuk 2:3)
When the vision tarries, it is not cancelled. God’s delays are often setups for His greater glory in your life.

c) Patience produces maturity (James 1:4)
The waiting season is where your faith is strengthened, your character refined, and your readiness tested.

d) God’s promises never fail (Numbers 23:19)
What God has spoken concerning your life will surely manifest, regardless of the current circumstances.

Biblical Example: Abraham and Sarah waited long for Isaac, but God’s perfect timing brought forth the child of promise (Genesis 21:1-3).

2. AVOID COMPARISON AND STAY IN YOUR LANE
Comparison is a thief of joy and a distraction from your unique assignment.

a) Recognising your uniqueness (Psalm 139:14)
You are fearfully and wonderfully made; no one can fulfil your assignment exactly as you can.

b) Others may outrun you but can’t replace you (John 20:4-6)
John outran Peter but waited for him—showing that destiny does not depend on speed but divine order.

c) Comparison leads to envy and discouragement (2 Corinthians 10:12)
Measuring yourself by others blinds you to your own progress and blessings.

d) Focus on your God-given race (Hebrews 12:1)
Running your race with patience keeps you aligned with God’s will and His timing.

Biblical Example: Joseph’s brothers despised him, but God’s hand on Joseph led him to greatness in Egypt at the right time (Genesis 41:39-44).

3. DIVINE DELAYS ARE PREPARATIONS FOR GREATER GLORY
God uses delays to prepare you for responsibilities beyond your imagination.

a) Delays prepare you for destiny (1 Peter 5:10)
God uses the waiting season to strengthen, establish, and perfect you for the future.

b) Your waiting season is not wasted (Romans 8:28)
Everything you go through now is working together for your good.

c) God protects you from premature exposure (Exodus 23:29-30)
Sometimes God withholds opportunities until you’re fully ready to handle them.

d) Your breakthrough will be undeniable (Isaiah 60:22)
When your time comes, God will hasten it, and no one can stop it.

Biblical Example: David was anointed as a youth but had to wait years before ascending the throne (2 Samuel 5:4).

4. GOD WILL POSITION YOU FOR YOUR REVEALING
Even when ignored or overlooked, God will ensure you are located when your moment comes.

a) God remembers the forgotten (1 Samuel 16:11-13)
David was forgotten in the fields, but God orchestrated events so Samuel could not proceed until David arrived.

b) Your gift will make room for you (Proverbs 18:16)
God’s grace upon your life will draw attention to you at the right time.

c) God exalts the humble (James 4:10)
Remaining faithful and humble ensures that God Himself lifts you up.

d) God’s favour distinguishes you (Psalm 5:12)
His favour will separate you from the crowd and announce your arrival.

Biblical Example: Esther, a humble orphan, was lifted from obscurity to become queen, positioned to save her people (Esther 4:14).

5. YOUR ARRIVAL WILL BE GLORIOUS AND UNDENIABLE
When God brings you to your season, your testimony will be visible to all.

a) God will make your light shine (Matthew 5:14-16)
Your success and testimony will glorify God and inspire others.

b) Those who despised you will witness your elevation (Psalm 23:5)
God will prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies.

c) Your story will encourage others (Psalm 40:1-3)
Your testimony will become a song of praise that lifts others’ faith.

d) Your destiny will impact generations (Genesis 50:20)
What you accomplish will outlive you and bless many beyond your lifetime.

Biblical Example: Joseph’s arrival as governor in Egypt not only saved nations from famine but also fulfilled God’s plan for Israel (Genesis 45:5-8).

CONCLUSION
Your journey may seem slow compared to others, but God’s timing is perfect. Refuse to compare yourself to anyone else. Stay focused on your calling and trust the Lord’s process. What God has for you cannot be taken by anyone else.

When your moment of arrival comes, it will be so glorious that even those who doubted you will marvel. Be encouraged today—your arrival is certain, your destiny is secure, and your testimony will glorify God beyond imagination.

SPIRITUAL MATURITY

SPIRITUAL MATURITY

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Hebrews 5:13-14

Key Verse: “For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” (Hebrews 5:13-14, KJV)

Supporting Texts: Ephesians 4:13-15; Colossians 1:9-10; 2 Peter 3:18; 1 Corinthians 14:20

Description: Spiritual maturity is the process of growing in Christlikeness, developing discernment, and living in obedience to God’s Word.

INTRODUCTION
Spiritual maturity is not merely about the length of time we have been in the faith but about the depth of our relationship with God and the consistency of our obedience to His Word. Just as a child must grow into adulthood to handle responsibility, every believer is called to grow from spiritual infancy into maturity.

The writer of Hebrews contrasts babes who still need milk with mature believers who are ready for solid food. This passage reminds us that remaining a spiritual babe is dangerous because it leaves us vulnerable to deception and limits our usefulness in God’s kingdom. Mature believers, however, are equipped to discern between good and evil and to stand firm in times of testing.

In today’s world, where compromise, false teaching, and distractions abound, spiritual maturity is essential. God is calling His children to rise above immaturity, develop strong spiritual muscles, and walk in wisdom, discernment, and victory.

1. UNDERSTANDING SPIRITUAL MATURITY
Spiritual maturity is the growth process that leads to Christlike character and deeper understanding of God’s ways.

a) Growing Beyond Spiritual Infancy (Hebrews 5:13)
Remaining on spiritual milk means staying unskilled in the Word of righteousness. Growth requires moving beyond elementary truths into deeper understanding.

b) Becoming Rooted in Christ (Colossians 2:6-7)
Maturity comes from being firmly grounded in Christ, allowing Him to shape every area of our lives.

c) Developing Discernment Through Practice (Hebrews 5:14)
Mature believers have their spiritual senses trained by constant use, enabling them to distinguish between right and wrong.

d) Walking in Wisdom and Understanding (Ephesians 4:13)
The goal of maturity is unity in the faith and knowledge of the Son of God, growing into the full measure of Christ’s stature.

Biblical Example: The Apostle Paul grew from a persecutor of Christians to a mature leader who discerned God’s will and led many to Christ.

2. CHARACTERISTICS OF A SPIRITUALLY MATURE BELIEVER
A spiritually mature believer displays Christlike attributes that distinguish them from spiritual babes.

a) Obedience to God’s Word (John 14:15)
Maturity is shown in consistent obedience, even when it is challenging.

b) Humility and Teachability (Philippians 2:3-5)
Mature believers remain humble, open to correction, and willing to learn.

c) Consistent Prayer and Worship (Colossians 4:2)
A strong prayer life and devotion to God are marks of maturity.

d) Love and Forgiveness (1 Corinthians 13:11-13)
Mature Christians respond to others in love, even when wronged, reflecting Christ’s nature.

Biblical Example: Stephen, full of the Spirit, displayed maturity by forgiving his persecutors even as he was being stoned (Acts 7:59-60).

3. HINDRANCES TO SPIRITUAL MATURITY
Certain attitudes and behaviours can keep believers from growing in their faith.

a) Spiritual Laziness (Hebrews 6:12)
Neglecting prayer, study, and fellowship leads to stagnation and immaturity.

b) Worldliness and Distractions (1 John 2:15-17)
Love for the world’s pleasures pulls believers away from spiritual growth.

c) Unforgiveness and Bitterness (Hebrews 12:15)
Holding grudges hardens the heart and blocks the flow of God’s grace.

d) Pride and Self-Reliance (Proverbs 16:18)
Pride prevents correction and hinders dependence on God’s wisdom.

Biblical Example: The Israelites in the wilderness failed to grow spiritually, grumbling and disobeying God, which delayed their entry into the Promised Land (Numbers 14:1-4).

4. STEPS TO GROW INTO SPIRITUAL MATURITY
Spiritual growth requires intentional effort and commitment.

a) Study and Meditate on God’s Word (Joshua 1:8)
Regular engagement with Scripture renews the mind and strengthens faith.

b) Cultivate a Life of Prayer and Worship (Ephesians 6:18)
Communion with God deepens intimacy and dependence on Him.

c) Fellowship with Other Believers (Hebrews 10:25)
Community encourages accountability and mutual growth.

d) Obey God’s Instructions Promptly (James 1:22)
Maturity grows as we act on God’s Word and apply it in daily living.

Biblical Example: Timothy grew into maturity under Paul’s mentorship, becoming a dependable servant of God (2 Timothy 1:5-6).

5. THE BLESSINGS OF SPIRITUAL MATURITY
Mature believers enjoy benefits that impact their lives and those around them.

a) Greater Discernment and Wisdom (Proverbs 3:5-6)
They make godly decisions and avoid pitfalls.

b) Stability in Trials (James 1:2-4)
Maturity enables believers to remain steadfast in adversity.

c) Fruitfulness in Ministry and Life (John 15:5)
A mature believer bears much fruit for God’s glory.

d) Preparedness for Eternal Rewards (2 Timothy 4:7-8)
Maturity equips believers to finish their race faithfully and receive their crown.

Biblical Example: Joseph’s maturity enabled him to forgive his brothers and manage Egypt’s resources wisely during famine (Genesis 45:4-8).

CONCLUSION
Spiritual maturity is a journey that requires intentional growth, discipline, and surrender to God’s will. Remaining a spiritual babe limits your potential and leaves you vulnerable to deception, but growing in Christ equips you for victory and usefulness in God’s kingdom.

As you pursue maturity, remember that it is not about perfection but about progress. Yield daily to the Holy Spirit, study God’s Word, and walk in obedience. Over time, you will develop discernment, stability, and strength to fulfil God’s purpose for your life.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, help me to grow daily into spiritual maturity.
2. Father, deliver me from every form of spiritual laziness.
3. Lord, increase my hunger for Your Word and righteousness.
4. Father, grant me discernment to distinguish between good and evil.
5. Lord, help me to overcome every distraction hindering my growth.
6. Father, surround me with godly mentors and believers to encourage my growth.
7. Lord, help me to remain humble and teachable in all things.
8. Father, let my life bear abundant fruit for Your glory.
9. Lord, strengthen me to stand firm during trials and temptations.
10. Father, prepare me for eternal rewards as I grow in You.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY
1. You shall grow daily in wisdom and understanding of God’s Word.
2. You shall overcome every hindrance to your spiritual growth.
3. You shall walk in discernment and make godly decisions.
4. You shall stand firm in trials and emerge victorious.
5. You shall bear abundant fruit that glorifies the Lord.
6. You shall be a vessel of honour, fit for the Master’s use.
7. You shall rise above spiritual infancy and fulfil your destiny.
8. You shall receive grace to walk humbly and obediently before God.
9. You shall enjoy the blessings of maturity in every area of your life.
10. You shall finish your race faithfully and receive your eternal crown.

THE GOD WHO DESTROYS THE ENEMY'S AGENDA

THE GOD WHO DESTROYS THE ENEMY’S AGENDA

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Isaiah 54:17

Key Verse:No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17, KJV)

Supporting Texts: Psalm 33:10-11; Job 5:12; 1 John 3:8; Exodus 14:13-14

Description: God’s power overturns and destroys every plan of the enemy, securing victory for His people.

INTRODUCTION
Life often brings seasons when it feels as though forces are working behind the scenes to oppose God’s purposes in our lives. The enemy devises subtle schemes and open attacks to derail destinies, sow fear, and frustrate the plans of the Almighty. But Scripture assures us that no agenda of hell can prevail against the will of God for His children.

The Bible is filled with examples of God stepping in at critical moments to destroy the plans of the enemy. From Pharaoh’s failed pursuit of Israel at the Red Sea to Haman’s downfall in Persia, the Lord has consistently shown Himself as the defender of His people. The devil may strategise, but his schemes are no match for the wisdom, power, and sovereignty of our God.

This sermon reminds us that God not only shields us from the enemy’s attacks but also frustrates their plans completely. When we trust Him, we can face every battle with confidence, knowing the Lord fights for us and ensures that His purpose will stand.

1. GOD FRUSTRATES THE PLANS OF THE ENEMY
God actively destroys the wicked schemes set against His children.

a) The Counsel of the Wicked Shall Not Stand (Psalm 33:10-11)
God brings the counsel of the nations to nothing and frustrates their devices. His purposes endure forever, no matter what opposition arises.

b) He Overthrows the Devices of the Crafty (Job 5:12)
The Lord interrupts the plots of the wicked, ensuring their hands cannot carry out their evil enterprise.

c) God Sees Every Hidden Plot (Psalm 139:11-12)
Even the schemes laid in secret are visible to God. Nothing is concealed from His eyes, and He moves on behalf of His children.

d) The Weapons of the Enemy Cannot Prosper (Isaiah 54:17)
Weapons may be formed, but they will not prosper. The Lord guarantees the protection and vindication of His people.

Biblical Example: The story of Haman in Esther 7 shows how God turned the enemy’s plot back on his own head. Haman built a gallows to destroy Mordecai but was ultimately hanged on the very gallows he prepared.

2. GOD DELIVERS HIS PEOPLE FROM THE SNARES OF THE ENEMY
The Lord not only destroys the enemy’s plans but also rescues His people from danger.

a) He Breaks the Snare (Psalm 124:7)
The traps set by the enemy are broken, and we escape like a bird from the fowler’s snare.

b) God Is Our Refuge and Strength (Psalm 46:1)
In times of trouble, the Lord provides safety and power to overcome.

c) He Protects Us From Every Evil Plot (2 Thessalonians 3:3)
God is faithful to guard and establish His children, protecting them from the evil one.

d) Deliverance Is Assured for God’s People (Exodus 14:13-14)
God told Israel to stand still and see His salvation, promising to fight for them and destroy the Egyptians’ plans.

Biblical Example: Daniel in the lions’ den (Daniel 6) was preserved from destruction. The plot to destroy him failed because God shut the mouths of the lions.

3. GOD TURNS THE ENEMY’S PLANS INTO A TESTIMONY
The same schemes designed for harm often become platforms for God’s glory and our promotion.

a) What the Enemy Meant for Evil, God Uses for Good (Genesis 50:20)
God can transform even the darkest plots into stepping stones for destiny.

b) Trials Become Testimonies of God’s Power (2 Corinthians 4:8-9)
Even when pressed on every side, we are not crushed because God is working in us.

c) Opposition Leads to Promotion (Psalm 23:5)
God prepares a table before us in the presence of our enemies, turning opposition into elevation.

d) The Enemy’s Defeat Glorifies God (Romans 8:28)
Every circumstance, even opposition, works together for the good of those who love God.

Biblical Example: Joseph’s brothers plotted his death, but God turned their evil plan into a divine setup for Joseph to save nations and preserve his family (Genesis 45:7-8).

4. GOD EQUIPS HIS PEOPLE FOR VICTORY OVER THE ENEMY
God does not leave His children helpless but gives them the tools and authority to overcome.

a) Spiritual Weapons Are Mighty Through God (2 Corinthians 10:4)
Our weapons are not carnal but powerful for pulling down strongholds and destroying the enemy’s strategies.

b) The Authority of Christ Empowers Believers (Luke 10:19)
We have authority over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means harm us.

c) The Word of God Destroys Lies (Ephesians 6:17)
The sword of the Spirit equips us to counter the enemy’s attacks with truth.

d) Prayer Activates Divine Intervention (James 5:16)
Fervent prayer invites God’s power to intervene and overthrow every evil agenda.

Biblical Example: In Acts 12, Herod intended to destroy Peter, but the church prayed fervently, and God sent an angel to release Peter from prison, completely frustrating Herod’s plan.

CONCLUSION
The enemy’s agenda, no matter how carefully crafted, cannot stand against the power of our God. The One who sits on the throne is greater than every adversary, and His purposes for your life cannot be thwarted.

Today, you can walk in confidence and peace, knowing that God is actively destroying every plot formed against you. What the enemy meant for harm, God is turning into a testimony for His glory and your promotion.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, thank You for being the God who destroys every enemy’s agenda in my life.
2. Father, frustrate every evil counsel spoken against my destiny.
3. Lord, expose and overturn every hidden plan of darkness targeting me.
4. Father, deliver me and my household from every snare of the enemy.
5. Lord, let every weapon fashioned against me fail completely.
6. Father, turn every evil plan against me into a testimony of Your power.
7. Lord, empower me with spiritual authority to overcome the enemy’s schemes.
8. Father, let Your angels fight on my behalf against every adversary.
9. Lord, give me victory and boldness in every spiritual battle I face.
10. Father, glorify Yourself by destroying every agenda of hell against my purpose.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY
1. You shall see every agenda of the enemy against your life destroyed by the power of God.
2. You shall walk in victory over every scheme designed to harm you.
3. You shall witness your enemies confounded and their plans overturned.
4. You shall experience divine protection in every area of your life.
5. You shall see God turn every evil plot into a testimony of His faithfulness.
6. You shall rise above every opposition sent to derail your destiny.
7. You shall walk boldly, knowing God fights your battles.
8. You shall see the favour of God exalt you where the enemy intended your downfall.
9. You shall live as more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus.
10. You shall rejoice as God’s purpose for your life prevails over every enemy’s agenda.

THE GOD WHO COMMANDS THE SEA

THE GOD WHO COMMANDS THE SEAS

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Mark 4:35-41

Key Verse: “And He arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” (Mark 4:39, KJV)

Supporting Texts: Exodus 14:21-22; Psalm 93:3-4; Jonah 1:4, 15; Matthew 14:25-27

Description: God is sovereign over creation, and even the raging seas obey His command, bringing peace and victory to His people.

INTRODUCTION
The sea, with its vastness and unpredictable waves, often symbolises chaos, danger, and the unknown. Throughout history, human beings have stood in awe of the mighty oceans, recognising their power yet realising their helplessness before their storms. In Scripture, the sea frequently represents the trials and overwhelming challenges of life, moments when we feel as though we are drowning under the weight of circumstances.

But the Bible assures us that our God is the Creator who commands the seas. The One who spoke the universe into existence also speaks to the waves and winds, and they must obey Him. He is not intimidated by any storm or circumstance that confronts His children.

This message reminds us that no matter how fierce the storm or how high the waves, God’s power is greater. The One who parted the Red Sea for Israel, stilled the storm on Galilee, and walked upon the waters is still active today. If He commands the seas, then He can command every storm in your life to cease.

1. GOD’S AUTHORITY OVER CREATION IS ABSOLUTE
God’s power extends over all creation, including the seas and everything within them. Nothing in heaven or earth operates outside His sovereign control.

a) Creator of the Seas (Genesis 1:9-10)
God Himself formed the seas and gathered the waters into one place. Because He created them, they remain under His absolute command. No ocean or storm can resist His voice.

b) Sustainer of All Things (Colossians 1:16-17)
Every element of creation exists and holds together by the power of God. The seas continue their cycles and boundaries because God sustains them daily.

c) His Voice Calms Chaos (Psalm 89:9)
God’s voice is powerful enough to silence the roaring seas. Just as He calms natural storms, He can quiet the chaos in our hearts and circumstances.

d) Nature Obeys His Commands (Mark 4:41)
Even the disciples marvelled at Jesus’ authority when the wind and sea obeyed Him. This shows that no aspect of creation is beyond His control.

Biblical Example: At the Red Sea, when Pharaoh’s army pursued Israel, God commanded Moses to stretch out his hand, and the sea parted, creating a dry path for His people to walk through safely (Exodus 14:21-22).

2. GOD COMMANDS THE SEAS TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE
When God’s children are trapped or overwhelmed, He commands the seas to make a way of escape.

a) Making a Way Where There Is None (Isaiah 43:16)
God makes paths through the seas where none existed before, proving His ability to deliver us supernaturally.

b) Deliverance From Oppression (Exodus 14:26-28)
The same sea that was a path of deliverance for Israel became a grave for their enemies. God can use what threatens you to destroy your oppressors.

c) God Uses the Sea for His Glory (Psalm 106:9-10)
The Lord rebuked the Red Sea and led His people through safely. Their deliverance became a testimony of His greatness to all nations.

d) No Situation Is Too Difficult for God (Luke 1:37)
Even when circumstances seem impossible, the God who commands the seas can intervene in miraculous ways.

Biblical Example: Jonah was swallowed by a great fish after the Lord commanded a stormy sea to redirect his disobedience. God used the sea both as discipline and as a vehicle for Jonah’s restoration (Jonah 1:4, 15).

3. GOD COMMANDS THE SEAS TO TEST AND STRENGTHEN OUR FAITH
Sometimes, the storms God allows are designed to build trust and deepen our dependence on Him.

a) Storms Reveal God’s Power (Mark 4:39-40)
The disciples only understood Jesus’ full authority when He calmed the storm. Trials reveal the greatness of our God.

b) Trials Refine Our Faith (1 Peter 1:6-7)
God uses turbulent seasons to refine and strengthen our trust in Him, like gold purified in fire.

c) Storms Position Us for Miracles (Matthew 14:25-29)
Peter walked on water only because there was a storm. Sometimes your greatest miracle lies within the very storm you fear.

d) God Is Present Even in the Storm (Isaiah 43:2)
Though the waters rage, God promises to be with us, ensuring we are not overwhelmed.

Biblical Example: When Jesus walked on the water toward His disciples, it was in the midst of a storm. His presence reassured them, and Peter experienced a supernatural encounter by stepping out in faith (Matthew 14:25-29).

4. GOD COMMANDS THE SEAS TO BRING PEACE AND VICTORY
God does not merely still storms for His glory; He does it to bring His children into peace and triumph.

a) He Brings Great Calm (Psalm 107:29)
God turns storms into whispers and brings tranquillity to troubled hearts.

b) His Command Brings Lasting Victory (Romans 8:37)
Through His power, we are more than conquerors over every storm and adversary.

c) He Transforms Fear Into Faith (Mark 4:40)
When we see His power at work, our fear turns into unwavering faith.

d) God’s Peace Guards Our Hearts (Philippians 4:7)
The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, keeps us steady even when storms rage around us.

Biblical Example: Paul, on his way to Rome, faced a violent storm at sea. Yet God sent an angel to assure him that everyone on board would survive. Despite the shipwreck, God’s word came to pass, and they were all saved (Acts 27:21-25).

CONCLUSION
The God who commands the seas is the same God who commands every storm in your life today. His authority over creation is unmatched, and His love for His children ensures that He will not leave you at the mercy of the waves.

No matter the storm you are facing, whether financial, emotional, spiritual, or physical, trust in the Lord who speaks “Peace, be still.” When God commands the seas, chaos becomes calm, and fear gives way to faith.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, thank You for being the God who commands the seas and calms every storm in my life.
2. Father, speak peace into every chaotic situation I am facing today.
3. Lord, part every Red Sea standing as a barrier before my breakthrough.
4. Father, destroy every enemy pursuing me through the storms of life.
5. Lord, increase my faith to trust You even in the fiercest storms.
6. Father, use my storms as testimonies of Your power and glory.
7. Lord, command the seas of opposition to yield in my favour.
8. Father, let every trial I face produce strength and spiritual growth.
9. Lord, cover me and my household with Your peace that surpasses understanding.
10. Father, turn every storm in my life into a stepping stone for greater victory.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY
1. You shall see the God who commands the seas silence every storm in your life.
2. You shall walk on the waters of impossibility without sinking.
3. You shall experience divine deliverance where others are swallowed by trials.
4. You shall find peace and victory even in the fiercest storms.
5. You shall testify of miracles that glorify God’s power over creation.
6. You shall not be overwhelmed by the floods of life’s challenges.
7. You shall see your enemies confounded by God’s mighty hand.
8. You shall cross safely to your God-ordained destination.
9. You shall walk boldly in faith, knowing God’s presence surrounds you.
10. You shall rejoice as every storm becomes a testimony of God’s greatness.

THE GOD WHO BRINGS WATER OUT OF A ROCK

THE GOD WHO BRINGS WATER OUT OF A ROCK

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Exodus 17:1-7

Key Verse:
“He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.” – Psalm 105:41

Supporting Texts: Numbers 20:7-11; Isaiah 43:19-20; 1 Corinthians 10:4; Psalm 78:15-16

Description: God has unlimited power to provide, even from the most impossible and unexpected sources, when His people trust Him completely.

INTRODUCTION:
Life sometimes presents us with situations that appear hopeless and barren, just like the wilderness where Israel wandered. In Exodus 17, the people faced a desperate need for water, and the landscape offered no natural solution. In their thirst and frustration, they questioned God’s presence and care. Yet God demonstrated His limitless power by bringing refreshing water out of a solid rock.

This miracle teaches us that God is not bound by natural laws or human logic. He can create streams in deserts, rivers in dry places, and solutions where none exist. When we face impossibilities, whether financial crises, broken relationships, health challenges, or spiritual dryness, this story reminds us that God can bring abundance out of barrenness.

Today, the same God who brought water out of a rock is still at work. He specialises in turning lifeless, impossible situations into testimonies of His power and love. If you are in a dry season, take courage: the God who provides in unusual ways is able to meet your need.

1. GOD SPECIALISES IN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATIONS
God delights in proving His power where human effort has failed and no natural solution exists.

a) God’s Power Knows No Limits (Jeremiah 32:27)
When everything seems hopeless, God shows that nothing is too hard for Him.

b) God Uses Unlikely Sources (Exodus 17:6)
A rock, hard and dry became the channel for life-giving water, proving God can use anything.

c) God Turns Dead Ends into New Beginnings (Isaiah 43:19)
Even in deserts and wilderness, He makes a way where there is none.

d) God Reveals His Glory Through Our Lack (Psalm 78:15-16)
God allows our insufficiency to showcase His sufficiency.

Biblical Example: When the widow of Zarephath had only a little oil and flour, God used it to sustain her household throughout a famine (1 Kings 17:8-16).

2. TRUSTING GOD EVEN WHEN IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE
Faith is often tested when God’s instructions seem illogical or His timing feels delayed.

a) Faith Requires Obedience (Exodus 17:5-6)
Moses obeyed God’s unusual instruction to strike the rock, and the miracle followed.

b) God’s Methods May Be Unconventional (John 9:6-7)
Just as Jesus used mud to heal a blind man, God may work in ways we do not expect.

c) Waiting on God Builds Our Dependence (Isaiah 40:31)
Delays are opportunities to renew our strength and deepen our trust in Him.

d) Complaining Blocks Miracles (Philippians 2:14)
The Israelites’ grumbling could have hindered them, but God still showed mercy.

Biblical Example: Naaman, though initially offended by the prophet’s instruction to dip in the Jordan River, was healed when he humbled himself and obeyed (2 Kings 5:10-14).

3. GOD PROVIDES ABUNDANTLY BEYOND EXPECTATION
God’s blessings are not minimal; He provides more than enough to satisfy every need.

a) God’s Provision Is Overflowing (Psalm 23:5)
When God blesses, He does so in abundance that exceeds expectations.

b) God’s Supply Never Runs Dry (Philippians 4:19)
His resources are limitless and perfectly meet every need.

c) God Uses Miracles to Strengthen Faith (John 2:7-11)
Every act of provision is meant to deepen our trust in Him.

d) God’s Blessings Bring Refreshing to Others (John 7:38)
What He pours into you can flow out to bless those around you.

Biblical Example: Jesus fed five thousand men, plus women and children, with only five loaves and two fish, leaving twelve baskets of leftovers (Matthew 14:13-21).

4. REMEMBERING GOD’S FAITHFULNESS IN THE PAST
Reflecting on past miracles strengthens our faith for today’s challenges.

a) Testimonies Remind Us of His Power (Psalm 105:5)

THE GOD WHO MAKES YOUR ENEMIES CONFUSED

THE GOD WHO MAKES YOUR ENEMIES CONFUSED

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Exodus 14:19-25

Key Verse: Deuteronomy 28:7 – “The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.”

Supporting Texts: 2 Chronicles 20:22-23, Psalm 35:4, Isaiah 41:11-12, Judges 7:22

INTRODUCTION
God’s power to defend His children is unmatched. When the enemy gathers to destroy you, the Lord has countless ways to intervene. Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly confounded the plans of the wicked, turning their weapons of destruction into instruments of their defeat. He causes confusion in the camp of the enemy so that His people can advance in victory.

This truth is not merely historical but active today. Many believers face opposition in the workplace, community, family, or spiritual battles. At such moments, it is not human wisdom or physical strength that secures victory but God’s supernatural intervention. When He steps in, even the most organised enemies scatter.

Understanding this dimension of God’s power gives confidence. As you trust Him, He will fight for you, silence your accusers, and frustrate their schemes. Your part is to remain faithful, obedient, and prayerful, while He works behind the scenes to turn the tables against those who rise against you.

1. GOD FIGHTS FOR HIS PEOPLE
God personally involves Himself in battles to defend His children.

a) God is a warrior for His people
(Exodus 15:3) – The Lord is not passive in the face of opposition; He is mighty in battle, fighting for those who trust Him.

b) God’s presence shields His children
(Psalm 91:1–4) – His covering confuses the plans of the enemy before they can even take shape.

c) God uses divine strategies unknown to man
(Isaiah 55:8–9) – His ways are higher, and He uses supernatural methods to overturn human plans.

d) God’s timing ensures perfect deliverance
(Habakkuk 2:3) – Even when it seems delayed, His intervention always comes at the perfect moment to confound your enemies.

Biblical Example: The Red Sea deliverance (Exodus 14) – God confused the Egyptians, removed their chariot wheels, and turned their pursuit into their destruction.

2. GOD TURNS ENEMIES AGAINST THEMSELVES
God can cause the enemy’s weapons to backfire.

a) Enemies’ plans can become their downfall
(Psalm 7:15-16) – Those who dig pits for the righteous often fall into them.

b) God causes division in the enemy’s camp
(Judges 7:22) – Gideon’s enemies fought each other due to divine confusion.

c) God makes the wisdom of the wicked foolish
(1 Corinthians 1:19) – What appears strategic to men collapses under God’s power.

d) God preserves His people while enemies self-destruct
(2 Chronicles 20:22-23) – While Israel praised, their enemies destroyed one another.

Biblical Example: The Ammonites and Moabites turned on themselves when Jehoshaphat’s army worshipped (2 Chronicles 20).

3. PRAISE AND OBEDIENCE INVITE GOD’S INTERVENTION
Worship and obedience create an atmosphere for divine deliverance.

a) Praise releases God’s power
(Psalm 22:3) – God inhabits the praises of His people, leading to supernatural breakthroughs.

b) Obedience is a weapon of victory
(Deuteronomy 28:1) – Aligning with God’s instructions brings His favour and defence.

c) Faith unlocks divine action
(Hebrews 11:6) – Believing God even in danger provokes His intervention.

d) Prayer strengthens your spiritual position
(James 5:16) – Persistent prayer keeps the enemy’s attacks at bay and brings clarity.

Biblical Example: Paul and Silas worshipped in prison, and God intervened with an earthquake that shook the enemy’s plans (Acts 16:25-26).

4. GOD’S PROTECTION IS A COVENANT PROMISE
His defence is assured for those who trust Him.

a) God’s promises never fail
(Numbers 23:19) – His covenant guarantees safety even when surrounded by enemies.

b) His angels are on assignment
(Psalm 34:7) – Angels encamp around those who fear Him to protect and confuse the enemy.

c) God makes a way of escape
(1 Corinthians 10:13) – Even in temptation or attack, He provides a path to safety.

d) God exalts His people publicly
(Psalm 23:5) – He prepares a table before you in the presence of your enemies, shaming them.

Biblical Example: Daniel in the lions’ den—God silenced the lions and confused the plans of his enemies (Daniel 6).

CONCLUSION
The God you serve is not indifferent to the schemes of your enemies. He has always defended His people, turning their adversaries’ strategies into instruments of their own destruction. No enemy is too powerful, and no plan is too sophisticated for Him to overturn.

As you walk in obedience, worship, and faith, you can be assured that the Lord will confuse every adversary, protect your destiny, and establish you in victory. Trust Him completely, for the battle is not yours but the Lord’s.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, arise and fight every battle confronting my destiny.
2. Father, confuse every gathering of the wicked against my life.
3. Lord, shield me from every hidden trap and snare.
4. Father, let every weapon fashioned against me fail.
5. Lord, release Your angels to scatter my enemies’ plans.
6. Father, grant me the grace to trust You completely in adversity.
7. Lord, turn every evil intention against me into testimony.
8. Father, let my worship become a weapon of victory.
9. Lord, show Yourself mighty on my behalf before my adversaries.
10. Father, grant me peace, knowing You are fighting for me.

GOD’S WORD FOR YOU TODAY
1. You shall see your enemies defeated before your very eyes.
2. You shall walk under divine protection every day of your life.
3. You shall not be shaken by the plans of the wicked.
4. You shall experience supernatural deliverance in times of trouble.
5. You shall be elevated while your enemies are confounded.
6. You shall watch every evil plot turn for your good.
7. You shall carry God’s presence that terrifies the enemy.
8. You shall receive wisdom to navigate every challenge victoriously.
9. You shall rejoice as God turns your battles into blessings.
10. You shall live in confidence, knowing the Lord fights for you.

THE GOD WHO REMOVES GARMENTS OF SHAME

THE GOD WHO REMOVES GARMENTS OF SHAME

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Zechariah 3:1-5

Key Verse: “And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.” – Zechariah 3:4

Supporting Texts: Isaiah 61:7, Psalm 34:5, Joel 2:26-27, Luke 15:21-22, Romans 10:11

Description: God replaces the garments of shame with garments of righteousness, honour, and glory for those who trust in Him.

INTRODUCTION:
Shame is a powerful weapon the enemy uses to imprison people in guilt, regret, and self-condemnation. It can arise from past sins, mistakes, failures, or even unfair circumstances that have left scars on your identity. Many people live under the weight of shame, believing their lives can never be restored. Yet, our God is a redeemer who delights in lifting burdens and restoring dignity to His children.

In Zechariah 3:1-5, Joshua the high priest stood before the angel of the Lord clothed in filthy garments. Satan accused him, but God rebuked the accuser, removed Joshua’s filthy clothes, and dressed him in clean garments. This divine exchange symbolises how God takes away our disgrace and clothes us in His righteousness. He does not leave us in our brokenness but restores honour and favour to all who turn to Him.

Today, you may feel unworthy or disqualified because of shame. But the Lord is declaring over you that your season of disgrace has ended. He is removing the filthy garments of your past, silencing every accuser, and clothing you with His glory. The God who removed Joshua’s shame is the same God who will remove yours and give you a new beginning.

1. GOD DOES NOT DESIRE YOUR LIFE TO BE CLOTHED IN SHAME
God’s original intention for humanity is glory and honour, not disgrace or humiliation. Shame entered the world through sin, but God’s desire has always been to restore His people.

a) Created for honour and glory (Isaiah 43:7)
God created you for His glory and not for disgrace. Shame is a distortion of your original identity and must be rejected.

b) Jesus bore our shame on the cross (Hebrews 12:2)
At Calvary, Christ endured shame so you could be free. You are no longer bound by the guilt of your past.

c) Shame separates you from your destiny (Genesis 3:10)
Adam and Eve hid themselves in shame, but God came seeking them to restore fellowship. Shame isolates you, but God calls you back.

d) God promises double honour (Isaiah 61:7)
God does not only remove shame but replaces it with double honour for your trouble.

Biblical Example: The prodigal son in Luke 15:21-22 returned home expecting humiliation, but his father clothed him with the best robe, signifying restored honour.

2. GOD SILENCES EVERY ACCUSER IN YOUR LIFE
Satan is known as the accuser of the brethren, and shame is one of his tools. But God rebukes him on your behalf and declares you righteous.

a) God rebukes the accuser (Zechariah 3:2)
Just as God rebuked Satan over Joshua, He silences every voice of accusation against you.

b) The blood of Jesus speaks better things (Hebrews 12:24)
The blood cancels every accusation, replacing guilt with mercy and grace.

c) You are justified by faith (Romans 5:1)
Your righteousness is not based on your works but on Christ’s finished work, silencing all accusations.

d) No condemnation for the redeemed (Romans 8:1)
Shame cannot stand where God has declared you free and forgiven.

Biblical Example: In John 8:3-11, the woman caught in adultery was accused and condemned by men, but Jesus silenced her accusers and restored her dignity.

3. GOD GIVES YOU A NEW IDENTITY IN CHRIST
When God removes shame, He doesn’t just leave you empty—He clothes you with His righteousness and gives you a new name.

a) You are a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Your past no longer defines you; God has given you a fresh start.

b) Clothed with Christ’s righteousness (Isaiah 61:10)
The filthy garments are replaced with garments of salvation and robes of righteousness.

c) Restored to sonship (Galatians 4:7)
You are no longer a slave to sin or shame but an heir of God’s promises.

d) God removes reproach (Joshua 5:9)
Just as God rolled away Israel’s reproach at Gilgal, He removes the reproach from your life.

Biblical Example: Bartimaeus in Mark 10:46-52 threw away his beggar’s garment when Jesus called him, symbolising a change of identity and destiny.

4. GOD REPLACES YOUR SHAME WITH GLORY AND HONOUR
God’s plan is not only to remove disgrace but to exalt you and make your life a testimony of His goodness.

a) God lifts the humble (Psalm 3:3)
He is the lifter of your head and the restorer of your honour.

b) He turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11)
The sorrow of shame is replaced with the joy of restoration.

c) His people shall never be ashamed (Joel 2:26-27)
God ensures that your story ends in victory, not humiliation.

d) He crowns you with glory and honour (Psalm 8:5)
God places His glory upon your life so that others will see His goodness in you.

Biblical Example: Mephibosheth in 2 Samuel 9:1-7 went from living in obscurity and shame in Lo-Debar to sitting at King David’s table as royalty.

CONCLUSION:
Shame is not your destiny, and disgrace is not your portion. God specialises in lifting the heads of the downtrodden and giving beauty for ashes. No matter your past or what people have said about you, the God who removed Joshua’s filthy garments is ready to remove every garment of shame from your life.

As you trust Him today, He will silence your accusers, change your identity, and replace your shame with glory and honour. Stand firm in this truth and walk boldly in the new garments of righteousness He has given you.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, thank You for Your power to remove shame from my life.
2. Father, cleanse me from every sin and guilt that has clothed me with shame.
3. Lord, silence every accusing voice of the enemy against my destiny.
4. Father, replace every garment of reproach in my life with garments of honour.
5. Lord, restore my dignity and position in every area where I have been humiliated.
6. Father, turn my sorrow and mourning into dancing and joy.
7. Lord, cause my testimony to inspire others to trust You.
8. Father, give me double honour for every shame I have endured.
9. Lord, clothe me with righteousness and favour before men and before You.
10. Father, let Your glory be revealed in my life for all to see.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
1. You shall no longer wear the garment of shame but be clothed with glory.
2. You shall experience double honour for every humiliation you have faced.
3. You shall rise above every accusation of the enemy with victory and favour.
4. You shall walk in divine dignity and restoration in every area of your life.
5. You shall see your sorrow turned into joy and your mourning into dancing.
6. You shall be a testimony of God’s power to those around you.
7. You shall enjoy favour before God and men in extraordinary ways.
8. You shall never return to the season of reproach or disgrace.
9. You shall receive blessings greater than your past losses.
10. You shall shine as a witness of God’s glory and faithfulness all your days.

THE GOD WHO SHIELDS FROM DANGER

THE GOD WHO SHIELDS FROM DANGER

By Rev. Samuel Arimoro

Main Text: Psalm 91:1-7 (KJV)– “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.”

Supporting Texts: Proverbs 18:10; Psalm 3:3; Isaiah 54:17; Exodus 14:13-14; 2 Thessalonians 3:3

Description: God is a mighty protector who shields His children from visible and invisible dangers, ensuring their safety in every season of life.

INTRODUCTION:
Every day, we live in a world full of uncertainties and hidden dangers. From accidents and natural disasters to spiritual attacks and unseen plots of the enemy, the threats to our lives are countless. Yet, as believers, we are assured of a divine shield that surrounds us when we put our trust in God.

God’s Word repeatedly describes Him as a refuge, a fortress, and a strong tower. This imagery shows us that His protection is not partial or temporary—it is powerful and complete. His shield is not like a human defence that can fail; it is an unbreakable covering that guards both our physical and spiritual well-being.

Understanding God as your shield gives you confidence to walk boldly, even in dangerous circumstances. When you rest in His presence and obey His instructions, no weapon formed against you can prosper. He has promised that even if thousands fall around you, harm will not come near your dwelling.

1. GOD IS OUR DIVINE REFUGE AND FORTRESS
God provides a place of absolute safety for His children, far beyond what human effort can achieve.

Unlike earthly safeguards that fail, His covering remains unshaken in all seasons of life.

d) His Word is our shield and buckler (Psalm 91:4)
As you declare and stand on God’s Word, you activate His shield over your life.

Biblical Example: Noah and his family were shielded from the flood’s destruction inside the ark while the world perished (Genesis 7:1-7).

2. GOD DELIVERS FROM THE SNARES OF THE ENEMY
The enemy continually lays traps, but God is faithful to deliver His children.

a) God exposes and destroys evil plots (Psalm 124:7)

Biblical Example: Daniel was delivered from the lions’ den because God’s invisible shield shut the mouths of the lions (Daniel 6:22).

3. GOD PROTECTS IN TIMES OF TROUBLE AND WAR

Even in fire or flood, His shield ensures your survival and victory.

God’s protection includes calming the storms that threaten your life.

Biblical Example: The Israelites were shielded by a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night as they journeyed through the wilderness (Exodus 13:21-22).

4. GOD’S SHIELD IS ACTIVATED BY TRUST AND OBEDIENCE
God’s promises of protection are experienced when we align our lives with His Word.

a) Trust invites God’s covering (Psalm 28:7)
When you fully depend on Him, He becomes your strength and shield.

b) Obedience keeps you under God’s canopy (Deuteronomy 28:1-2)
Walking in His will ensures you remain within the zone of His protection.

c) Prayer builds a hedge of divine security (Job 1:10)
Consistent prayer invites God’s hedge to surround every area of your life.

d) Living in holiness blocks enemy access (Psalm 5:12)
Righteous living draws God’s favour and shields you from harm.

Biblical Example: The Passover blood on the Israelites’ doorposts shielded them from the angel of death (Exodus 12:21-23).

Even in adversity, you can rejoice knowing God shields you.

Biblical Example: Paul survived a deadly shipwreck and a viper’s bite because God shielded him to fulfil his mission (Acts 28:3-6).

CONCLUSION:
God’s shield is not just a concept but a reality for all who trust Him. In a world filled with danger, His presence guarantees your safety. You are never alone, and no threat can overpower His mighty protection.

Rely on His promises, dwell in His presence, and obey His instructions. When you stay under His covering, even the fiercest storms and strongest enemies will pass over you without harm.
